From the door out, why not use a water based epoxy primer and then coat that with an acrylic paint made for concrete. You can have the paint blended to match the garage floor. I'm not sure what the Tsunami stuff is, but you can back roll silica sand into the paint for nonskid properties.

if you're only interested in sealing, look into finding a water based urethane. Urethanes resist chemicals better than epoxies and are also stronger. An acid stain is a great choice for a garage or shop floor as the imperfections of the stain hide the stains from spills and equipment.
