I have mine done with the diamonds where the vehicles are parked and freeflow everywhere else. My strong recommendation is always use wood under the floorjack and jack stands. I dented a few of my tiles thinking it would be ok.

This is how I did my floor. To start it is annoying but once you get the hang of doing it they come apart like legos.

Freeflow is painful on the knees and can be annoying if you still something through it. My main regret was not putting something under the floor to help with noise. You do get used to it but you asked.

One thing to also keep in mind if all that water is pooling around the door even if it is sealed can rot the wood around it. This started to happen at my old home. We had to install a drain in front of the doors to help with the issue.
