Some old tools still work great today but this will not be one of them. I wouldn't trust it to gap the plugs on my car or bikes. Pick up new one from Autozone for $2.99 and at least you will know the measurements will be correct.

Clear is not really needed for powder coating because it is already for durable than paint. The sell uv resistant powder for outdoor use if you are worried about sun damage.

$10 got me all of these. The long wrenches are 15in Williams Superwrench A100,A100B, A100C and A100D. Some brake wrenches which I really needed. My local Ollies bargain outlet had 3/8 x 8in flat and #2 8in philips Husky screwdrivers for $2.99 each. Pretty damn cheap for rubber grip, American made and lifetime warranty. Back says they were originally sold at Home Depot.
