Here’s a shot of my building getting insulation finally The difference is unbelievable, with just a fan in there I have been able to work in it this summer more than the other summers combined

today I finished installing that door, and put the trim around it, it had been held in with 4 screws and had the extension cord running through it for the last 5 years. I had to use clamps and pry bars to tweak the frame straight after all this time but it’s finally done.

So, I’m not even sure where to begin on updates to my shop. My last post in this thread was from 2017… I guess I’ll just start with what I did today and kind of go backwards and forward from here.

The buildings I have done the white vinyl was the facing of the insulation. It was not a separate product

While the environment is very different from a house, in the oilfield we have a lot of those old intermatics sitting outside (they are not rated for that) that have been in use for 20-30 years. we also have the new electronic ones that we have to replace after every storm passes through.

I use these in my reloading process, they have held up well in the house. I’m not sure they would handle a lot of weight or high temps though. I bought mine at a dollar general store for $1, never found that price online though even five years ago
