I'm building DIY and am going with post frame. The spans and 20' sidewalls are great but at the end of the day I think I can get it dried in faster than if I was building a stick frame.

Mine's on pier blocks and I used standard subfloor osb. I painted the bottom with a few thick coats of mis-tint outdoor paint and the top with oil based floor paint. I've painted the top 2 times in the past 10 years and its holding up great.

I'm not sure Esab is considered "off brand". I went with Everlast because it was recommended by a weld engineer at work as a great machine for the price.

Can you elaborate? I have the Everlast Powerpro 205Si and for the price point its been great. The only complaint I have is that I wish the power button/breaker was on the front. I might want something blue or red if I was a pro but for me, this is perfect.
