    Gearwrench Customer Service Update

I'm bummed a bit. Looks to me like they really aren't concerned at all. I just bought the 1/4 in swivel impact set a couple days ago. While it isn't likely I would break one, Apex/Gearwrench's policy is disappointing to say the least. Very odd behavior in my book.

    Channel locks as pipe wrenches

I agree with all the above comments. I guess I have bad luck, if I don't bring a pipe wrench invariably I'll need it............I always have Channelocks along.

    Toro SnowBlower part

I know it's a longshot, but I'm looking for a belt guard for an old 20in Toro SnowHound circa 1975 (I think) with the "T" handle. I can include a pic of the machine if that helps. The machine runs great, just trying to complete it.......

I was wondering how the rebuilt battery performed. They are a good bit cheaper if you can wait till they are done.

what would you consider a complete socket set (1/4, 3/8, 1/2 drive)

Don't rule out the "semi" deeps. I use them more than the short and deep put together. Give em a try.

    4 stitches

They should replace it. I used one of their screwdrivers as a chisel, beat the end all the way down to the metal shank. They fixed it no problem. They didn't ask what happened either, just went in a box under counter with the other "warranty" junk. I wish I could've looked through that...
