Rent the space from yourself. Get a renter's policy. Get an umbrella on your homeowner's if you're still worried about liability.

I'm looking for the same solution as these. Anyone with experience? I bought a cheap Chinese one and the teeth sheared off/the case exploded on the second use.

Horrific new slab pour, PROPER corrective action advise needed!

The way I see his pics, he has a trapezoid. 2 parallel walls are the same length. The other 2 walls differ by 16". This is a huge mess. I hope you're made whole and you have a functional building by Christmas. :fingersx:

    3M respirator filters

Hello! I have a 3M 7800s respirator, and am looking for some cartridges. It fits the 2,6 and 7 series filters. The 4 digit 6 series won't provide what I need. The 5 digit 6 series do. I can't really wait until May. If you know someplace that has the in stock, I'd be most grateful. Thank you for...

Am I doing this wrong? Welding a nut to a broken bolt

And the update. I cleaned the broken bolt with a wire brush on a grinder. I welded a washer to the bolt. I welded a nut to the washer, around the outside. I welded the ID. I made a good puddle. So much so that one side of the nut flowed away. I let it cool. The nut wouldn't budge, until it...

Am I doing this wrong? Welding a nut to a broken bolt

The bolt was proud by 1/4" or so. It was shorter than the 3/8" nut. I could have let it cool off more.

Am I doing this wrong? Welding a nut to a broken bolt

I have a 110v Horror Freight flux core welder. (Yes. I know. I need a real welder to weld. Thank you. In the mean time . . .) I bought a Warn winch that turned out to have problems. One of the problems was the stand it was on, to mount to a reciever hitch. Two of the bolts I was able to coax out...

Snap On SSX2813 4 piece 14oz Flankard Mug Set

I have 4 Snap On 14 oz aluminum tankards in new condition. These mugs were manufactured to appear "used" thus the aluminum does not have a mirror finish. The box is in OK cosmetic condition, but is certainly not 10/10. I'm asking $100, including domestic shipping. And of course the photos are...
