If a knurled version of the SK 80200 is made I will also own 2. As I already bought the 80200, very impressed, actually gave it to my son & buying another for myself.
For me its got to be Vise Grips. I only own 3 pair, but I NEVER use them anymore.
A close second is the Traditional Adjustable wrench, I own a set of the Channellock brand with the black Phosphate coating, but ever since I purchased the Knipex Pliers wrench, my Adjustables haven't been moved.
Well in that case, I think I'll go ahead and use my 25% off coupon from the SK Club and order my new ratchet this evening, along with a set of Metric Hex ball Key set.
** Order Placed!
So does anyone know if the Knurled handle version that was pictured in another thread is actually going to be offered in the future or was that just a prototype?

Agree with this. Electronics shopping we don't have many USA made choices, but when it comes to tools we do. I prefer to spend my tool budget on USA brands whenever possible, even at double or triple the cost of China Garbage, that's just me, and to each their own.
Do you want children making your tools? Not me.
Have no problem buying USA, German, Spain, Japan, Canada, France, Great Britain, etc. But many Asian countries and their child labor and human rights laws are a major turnoff for my money.
Yeah I am one who joined. In hopes to build a decent tool selection for my 15 year old son over the next 3 years.
The ratchet is $92 - 25% (1 time)discount =$69 which is still more than Epstiens.
wonder why not on the SK website yet?
After joining the SK club a few days ago, I figured when they became available SK would send out an email to give members an early heads up.
I can only speak for the tool which I own (Dewalt DCF 899). I have yet to come across a rusted lug it wouldn't break loose. I will admit I'm partial to the Dewalt Brand and have many other tools that use the 20v max battery platform.
I pulled in work parking lot, our maintainence guy was...
IMO the only thing that would make these SK X frames better (for my personal uses anyway) would be to have double box end. One Ratcheting the other non ratcheting box end.
That way you would have the non ratcheting box end to break loose & and final torque on fastners, while the ratcheting...
