    Help identify my new baby vise?

    I won this off eBay the other day and its even more awsome in person, but I dont know who made it? It looks Chas Parker like. The only markings are the "NO.3" on it. None the less its my new favorite vise of my collection :o I also picked this other little one up as well.

    $60 Estate Goodies...

    Rock Island No. 572 Reed No. 203 (Looks like it was bandaged up at one point in its hard life) 3 Armstrong C-Clamps and 1 Jorgenson but they all look the same lol...
