I need to get a scanner that will do ABS and SRS codes. I've been using Torque Pro, but it's time for an upgrade. I've browsed Amazon, but because of their BS review system, it's hard to see what's decent and what isn't. Any suggestions for something in the 100$ range?

Thinking about picking one of these up. The Ebay listings have "Welder" in the title, but that could be just be a search tag. Can these be used as a low amp stick welder? My gut says that is not feasible, and wouldn't be that useful if you could rig it up, but the though still lingers.
