    Concrete sidewalk and approach....separate pour?

    Getting ready to form up my concrete. Gonna have some sidewalks and a 20x10 approach. Wondering if I should break it up into 2 pours. I plan on installing rebar pins and adding a lot of rebar. I wanna just have one pour of 4.25 yards w fiber mesh. Anyone with experience doing this? Thanks

    Sheathing 10’ 6” wall

    Yes 10 foot 6 inch wall. Double top AND bottom plates to get me my 9 foot door. I thought to add wind strength to my corners I could nail on vertically a 10’ 6” x 4’ sheet. The 12 foot x 4 foot osb is costly but wondering if worth it? OR would blocking do the same thing w 4x8 sheets????

    Heat trace

    Anyone familiar with heat trace? I am thinking bout running 90 feet inside a 4 inch schedule 40 pvc, that's only under the ground bout a foot on average in southern wi. Thanks Which brand and type have you used and results?

    install drain tile and floor drain

    Finally started my garage :) Waiting on my inspector to bless my plans. Anyone know if you can tie a drain tile (4" perforated)(in green) into a yard catch basin drain? Will a 3 inch floor drain piping work? or will he request 4?
