    PlungeBlaster clog clearing tool

I've got the Johnny Jolter and it works great as a "last chance" plunger. You **** water into it and then let 'er rip. No burst wax seals yet. https://johnnyjolter.com/

Need help finding a router bit

Not sure on thickness yet... less than 1/8". Not cutting them in the form. I'm gonna have a router table setup right next to the former.

Need help finding a router bit

Another question. The parts are an 18" diameter circle and a 20x6" rectangle. Will a larger OD cutter work faster or should I keep it small?

Smart. You're talking about a press fit?

Need help finding a router bit

Hi All Can anybody give me a name or tell me where I can buy a bit like this? I'm working on a new product for my company and one of the components is vac formed. I need to have a flange around the edge, just like in the photo below, of about 3/8" (these are screenshots from a youtube video)...

    I need a micro torch

I've got 2 of these. The kickstand allows it to stand vertically and horizontally. The build quality is amazing. Apparently Mac rebrands some of their stuff. https://pro-iroda.com/products/butane-torches/ct-610kb/

Need a tool to output DC voltage for diag

I have a bench power supply like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08DJ1FDXV/?tag=atomicindus08-20 Only goes up to 10 amps so it's not gonna start a car, but I've used it to troubleshoot trailer lights.

The official cargo trailer thread (pictures)

I have a 6x12 Aluminum trailer. Previously had a 5x10 steel one but was starting to see rust and traded it in for aluminum. The only thing that's steel on the new one is the axle and leaf springs -- otherwise the frame is all aluminum. First thing I did was paint the walls with exterior paint...

NEW ICON 3/8 drive Flex Head ratchets available again

I'll bite: reaching for a downward facing nut, pushing upwards with the non-locking flex head. It wants to flop back.

    Spray bottle for mineral spirits

Sure Shot aluminum version. I have mine filled with denatured alcohol as brake cleaner. Made here in Milwaukee too.

    Icon Ratchets?

I bought the 3/8" non-flex and the mechanism feels almost the same as my Snap On Dual 80. Super smooth, almost muted sound. No hollow clackety sound like a Tekton. If I wasn't already set for ratchets I'd probably buy more.

    Favorite 1/4" ratchet.

After you attach a pic, you'll see a huge blinking vertical line to the right of the pic while you're composing. That's your cursor. Just hit enter and start typing.

    Favorite 1/4" ratchet.

I keep this little Tekton 3" stubby with a 10mm deep socket locked onto it front and center and ready to grab on the hutch. I have other ones for other sizes, but this one is always locked and loaded. My other favorite 1/4" is my Gearwrench 120xp flex head.

    V3 Bug/Suggestion Box

Great job Ryan. I can't tell if the (new, sans serif) font is rich black or dark grey. It kind of looks grey to me, but it could be because it's such a light font. Other than that, I'm liking it. I think in the past I've been hesitant to click on a post because I don't want to wait the 4...

    What's in your car kit?

I agree with this statement. I've never been broken down and able to fix the problem without parts. The only exception to that is that I keep a full electrical kit, with butane soldering iron, solder, heat shrink, spare wire, etc. for fixing trailer wiring. However, I carry a big loaded tool...

Snow Joe Snow Broom $8.93 @Amazon

Walmart always blows out their snow scrapers around this time of year. I just bought 3 handheld ice scrapers for $.59 each. Bought a few for the same price last spring too. They work great around the shop for all sorts of scraping. Just checked and they're down to 10 cents in store...

Thanks for all the ideas guys! I've sent all the options over to my buddy and we're planning to discuss over beers Tuesday. I'll report back.
