    Klein T-Handle Hex Keys?

I have the metric set of Kliens. They feel of decent quality. Made in eastern Europe I believe (Slovenia or Slovakia?). The size markings on top are just silkscreened on the rubber, I expect they will wear off eventually but so far they've held up to a fair amount of grease and oils that you'd...

    Tools of Japan

I imagine it's just Vessel's version of a "torsion zone" that you can find on many other brands' impact bits. The purpose of it is to basically reduce the torque peaks that the impact delivers to extend bit life.

I have SO 1/4" and 3/8" ratchets and they both work perfectly fine with the non Z-series Koken extensions (which are the better ones in my opinion).

    Tekton hook n pick set

I have a set. Haven't beat on them hard yet but the inital sharpness and and feel is good. Shanks have a similar finish to an old mac hard handle mini pick I have.

    Pocket prybars

Black angled tip came in. Have a red straight tip on order still. These are cheap enough to be a fun novelty as well as a handy tool.

New budget tool cabinets: Mastercraft vs Craftsman vs Husky

I was after the same thing as you OP. Cheap ish box but not crappy, tough to come by in Canada... Almost bought a Homak RS (now Carlyle) from Napa but ended up picking up a couple year old used Mac Tech series with a stainless top for $2700cad. That was pre-pandemic, used prices for stuff in...

    The ultimate 1/4" flex ratchet?

The Matco and gearwrench designs are almost the same dimensionally. If you like the gearwrench you'll like the Matco. I have a short fixed head 90T gearwrench. It's a good feeling ratchet, although I haven't used it too much to really test its durability.

I was looking at these. What are the dimensions? Overall length, and diameter of the face specifically. Can't decide between the 8oz and the 4oz.

Fine tooth micrometer style 1/2 flex head torque wrench options

I would grab a CDI but they don't offer a fine tooth or a flex head for their 1/2 drive micrometer models. Kind of a shame.

Fine tooth micrometer style 1/2 flex head torque wrench options

Looking for a fine tooth micrometer style 1/2 drive flex head torque wrench. Options I've seen so far: Snap on QD3FR250A for $545CAD before tax direct from Snap on Gearwrench 85189 120XP - Can't seem to find this in Canada, Digital versions are available for ~$400CAD Used Matco 72T from FB...

    Torque sticks

I can confirm that torque sticks do not work the same on a cordless impact. My M18 mid torque would consistently overtorque lug nuts using the smaller torque sticks. Had to stop using them and go back to just snugging them up with the lower setting on the gun, then finishing them with a torque...

The clips are for drive tools that have a thru hole in the anvil. You insert the clip after putting the socket on to lock it in place. Moreso for industrial applications where the sockets are seldom changed.

    Black Friday Purchases?

Walked in to HD on Saturday and they had M12 CP2.0 batteries for $29CAD each (regularly $69). I bought two. Should've bought 3! Other than that, Canada never has any good sales.

Channellock made in USA mini pick set. Seems to have good reviews. For $25 can’t complain even if they don’t last as long as a truck brand.

Nepros 1/4" drive long handle fixed head Titanium folding utility knife. Aliexpress special. Found this from a thread on here, same as a much more expensive "branded" one sold in North America. Really nice piece, small, light, great action, and carries deep.
