One thing to consider when using corrugated steel is noise. If you plan on running a compressor in there the sound will bounce of the steel and make it sound twice as loud as drywall. I think it is worth it since it looks so good but it is something to think about.

If they aren't Snap On then you might be able to get it even cheaper. Tell them you just want the large box and sides. Then when you show up offer another $100-150 for both top boxes just to "Get them out of your way".

No, no storage for the cover like most machinist boxes have. I just leave it up on a shelf so it doesn't get damaged. Dang think sure is heavy, probably weighs around 120-150 lbs. The stand is at least 75lbs. When loaded with tools it becomes very stubborn and wishes not to be moved, haha.
