You're correct, they DO look like the Craftsman rails, and in all probability, probably are. What I mean by that is without doing any research, there is one manufacturer of those that simply brands some of their products (in this case socket rails) as Craftsman, and another batch as the ones...

yes, Walterloo as nearly all the domestic made toolboxes are. Craftsman's are the only ones I'm aware of that "indent" for lack of a better word the sides, but still a Waterloo box.
