So, is your active duty career coming to an end ? Doing all this must have been an awesome side job during your stint in the AF.
Have you been trained, formerly speaking? Or have you just built your skill by tinkering and being in the shop all the time?
I'm also a DMS'er/major Mitsu fan and also in the Air Force. lol

Exquisite work!!!
If I may make one small recommendation though, use a piece of sacrificial material and save your mill table from end mill marks.
Keep the pics coming, great work.
Mike.
Im actually moving the shop from Yorktown, where I have been the last 5 years due to still being active duty. I am originally from Lyndhurst, so coming back to Clifton is my coming home! I will be full up in Jersey by the end of October, feel free to come on by. I will be rebuilding a client base from the ground up since a lot of my work requires that local interaction with the cars and clients.
Whats the best way to talk to you? Private message on here? Email? Text? Phone call? I'll contact you however you want me to do it.
Great pics by the way.
Dan

Mike! That's my crash plate your looking at. Nothing makes me cringe like a gouged table.
Thanks for looking out!
Dan,
Sorry for the delay, I was traveling and I tried to answer your post but I am not sure it ever went through

Careful not to give the end tanks to much volume; or you will get to much pressure drop and air stagnation (which hurts velocity and can cause pressure fluctuations)
But the fab work looks beautiful!

What did you use to cut all those pieces ? Bandsaw ?
Yes Sir.

I know nothing about the end products you are producing, but I have spent enough time in a machine shop to say "wow". Very nice work! I am encouraged to see that your service training can be put to use.
You got some kudos from Nastyzen and other folks that have posted some seriously nice looking stuff. You should be proud of your work.
Are you using a full size bandsaw or a porta-band and SWAG stand ?
Better yet, how about some pics of your shop/tools ?![]()
Wow, Amazing work.
Do you have any detailed info about those catch cans? Specs, inside view, mounting brackets?
Thanks so much, means a lot from all you guys.
HAHAHA, Pics for clicks!
Hell yeah! It is missing the drip tube and o rings in these pics.
Kit comes with a universal mounting bracket and hose with the pushlok fittings
