Another total bust for me this weekend. Hit 7 garage sales and nothing.

You guys found some great stuff this weekend!
I had to wait until today to find anything good. I'm beginning to enjoy Monday trips to the recycling yard.
They had this REED 204 vise sitting there for me today. Cost me the grand sum of $14. 3 patent dates with August 1914 being the most recent.
Of course, it's missing the base. Anyone have a spare?

Vette, your line wrench is probably a grind off due to the law suit between Plumb vs Plomb, which Plomb lost.
Thanks, I had thought about that as well, but I may already have lucked into a base for it.Username already in use:
Great find on the Reed and even if you can't find a missing base, you could take off the swivel locking handle and drill hole on the other side similar in size to what the locking handle hole is and use it as a fixed base vise.

First off, you ****!
The yards around here think they gold.
Nice find .

got these over the last week, $70 total:
- my 2nd workmate, I now love these.

Hey guys what do you think about this ad? Looks like he has a snap-on bottom that looks really new. Plus many other tools for sale the prices look okay but not the best. Thinking i should call him tonight and stop by tomorrow.

Wow!!! Where did you find a Plomb cache like that, Outlaw?? Great job!! I'd love to find a honey hole like that.
I mean: Sure, show me what you got?
Outlaw, your gonna need to invest in Evaporust!
15" Proto punch. Appears to me that this punch has never seen a hammer!
Mostly dumb luck: I went to a yard sale that said "tools" among other things; none in sight, so I asked, and a few sentences later he's asking if I would be interested in old Plvmb tools...I mean: Sure, show me what you got?

I think you should take the time to photograph those Plomb in the cardboard box so we can see what you stole bought.

Yeah, some haul there. Holy breaker bars! It looks like you got a couple aviation spark plug sockets there too.
Nice finds you guys.
