Has anyone tried doing a buy at full price, then if item goes on clearance, return, rebuy at clearance?
Like most stores, HD policy is that sales and clearance pricing do not apply to prior purchases.

Not that they will allow this post to stay up, but you can force a return rebuy at clearance with the right associate and timing.

Just picked up the Milwaukee Fuel miter and brought it to a store with a 50% off clearance price, 1 showing in stock but nowhere to be found. Returned it, then as soon as the return went through asked to buy it. Another minimum wage uppity associate butted in claiming she would need approval and this and that basically just making up reasons not to do it, she was frantically trying to get some manager type to stop the proceedings. I had the one helping me just scan it in “so we would be ready to go” as soon as she did I jammed the credit card in, grabbed my own receipt, and told her to have a nice day. Manager coming up behind in a huff about what we pulled off but couldn’t do anything since we paid not a second too soon.
This same store I overheard associates in the tool area talking about how they had a kickback deal going with clearance items being only given to certain people. Pretty sure the HD clearance is organized crime going all the way up to the store manager’s making money on it. They don’t like when you abuse their little scheme to your benefit.

Brickseek showing stock at 3 stores, and there's nothing to be found.
That seems very unlikely, the DM would have stopped that scheme a lot time ago if they tried that. It has been tried before, quickly found, and stopped.
I don't know why a DM would even care? They want to see good P&L sheets and a clean, safe store, beyond that the store manager should be able to do whatever the heck they want provided it's not against the law.
Instead of paying for crappy tv, I get it for free. What's an antenna?

Some stores may allow return and rebuy - return the item, buy it again at the clearance price.
Doesn't hurt to ask, you can always return it if they won't give you the clearance price.
Just return it. When done, pull out another credit card and say you want to put it on that card.
LOL Someone was asleep at the wheel when they posted !Home Depot sells Kobalt and Craftsman?

I found a 100 ft. roll of RG6 t.v. cable for $13.68. It's normally over $25. I was planning on updating my antenna soon so it was a good find.
After almost 30 years I finally cut the cord. I probably watch antenna less than 30 min a week, I get all the news from youtube (another 15 min a weekWhat's an antenna?

Walmart has 250' for $7. Lots of stores have it in stock. Not sure if there's a difference between brands, this one is blackweb Rg6 Quad shield, which I believe is slightly better than RG6. I'd get it, but no way I can rewire from attic, but I'm still thinking of going back and getting it
They also have blackweb Universal RG6 compression tool kit with 20 waterpfoof F connectors for $3

Very limited availability at my location (Wash DC).

Similar kit for $99.Saw this compact little fellow at the NYC Home Depot today.
I suspect they're going for a lot less in other states.
Let me know if its a good deal.
I'm more interested in the Rigid Compact 3/8 drive impact and 1/4 hex bit impact.
The heads are even smaller, but they have 18 V battery packs.
I like the 18 V but I think the bigger battery pack will get in the way.
