Drives, The moderators work is not too bad to manage actually. The issue I have is work to be honest as we are getting close to the end of the financial year so it’s pretty full on at the moment in terms of project closures, financials, procurement plans, tender evaluations and secondly my internet access at work to the
GJ has had the breaks put on it somewhat it’s so slow and takes ages to get anywhere, which is a bit frustrating.

Other than that all is good and thanks for asking.
Drone Update;
Negotiations with the supplier of our original drone, the
Albris Sensefly, have been finalised and the new drone should be here in a few weeks. In the meantime we are doing
Type Training on the DJI range of drones in two weeks for two days which I am very much looking forward to.

Given that the new drone will be in a different weight category and for commercial operation this requires us to have a
Remotely Piloted Aircraft Operators Certification which entails quite a bit of work in fact, having to provide Operations & Maintenance Manuals, Policy Statements, Operational Procedural Documentation and it goes on and on. Then should we be successful in gaining approval, the
Civil Aviation Authority then complete a full audit at work.
We are nearly ready to submit the application as I write this.

The West Wing Carport:
Manufacturing is underway as we speak and that reminds me that I should follow up today when we can expect the installation to start..
The Storage Solution:
I have not started to put the rubber to the road as yet until I get a few other projects of the plate and then it will be full steam ahead.
Dogs Shows:
Mrs ½ Cup has her first one in a long time coming up next week end here in Shepparton which will be handy, may be too handy for this black duck..
The Model A:
Sadly no movement or progress at all.
Dad:
We have taken the first steps towards having him assessed medically and for his driver competency. He has been pushing back somewhat and just wants to get back into driving in a car which I can fully understand as it certainly has impacted on his independence. His insurance company insists that these steps are taken before he can insure another car.
My sister and Dad have been shopping today for mobility scooters and has just sent me a picture of him on his test drive to which I replied in capitals –
SOLD..
The weather:
It has been getting cooler here over night and the room heaters are on let me tell you. Our overnight temperatures are getting close to freezing and in the day time it has been in and around the mid 60s F
Fun:
Actually I am still enjoying what I do all round..
QTS:
Waiting on the
MG F brake calliper bits to arrive from the UK, my benches are clear and the shed is tidy, just the way I like it..
This week end:
Garden duty first up Saturday, just the basics mind you.
Take Shelby for her walk.
Do the material take off for the
Storage Solution.
Mrs ½ Cup is starting to plan our en suite makeover so it’s the vanity, shower, toilet, tapware, lighting and tiles. So my input is fairly prudent at this stage…
Vieux, really appreciated the gesture. There is a little more to show as he finds some wall space.
I trust all is going well and have a great day
