When the C clamps in a temporary fix become so rusted that they are inoperable, it is no longer a temporary fix and you can move that particular fix to the permanent column of your honey do list.

They’ve been there since 04
Tell her Mac says 20 years is permanent![]()

I read her your reply, she gave me this look, I don’t really care to recreate it!
Oh great, now I'm on Mrs CB's chit list.
No worries Mack, Craig takes up the first eleven positions. Lol.

That is sweet, I like the color too.
Nice score!
The vice looks like a Kurt or Kurt-style on a swivel base. That will be handy.

Nice score on the Enco mill.
I had actually looked for one of those used a few years back when I was looking to upgrade. They were Taiwanese made and pretty good quality but most of all I liked the smaller footprint as I was tight for space and needed a smaller mill. These were like a 2/3 size Bridgeport and when they were made that was their selling point.
Looks to be in fair condition and should serve you well once cleaned up as long as the ways are in good shape, which I'm sure you've already checked before purchasing.
Wow! its been a while since I have checked in and I see you have bought a entire machine shop since![]()

Awww man, that looks like the mill I was negotiating on. I was on my way to Orlando when the guy called and said some nice fellow that looked like a ******** just paid full price. Bummer.
The mill and buffer are nice finds.

Nice mill Craig.
I didn't see an oiler on it so if you see anything that looks like a zirc fitting, DO NOT PUT GREASE IN IT. Those fittings are for way oil.
Now you have to make a tooling shopping list with must haves and nice to haves. If you need help I'd be glad to help you spend your money, I hope you have lots of it.
I'm jonesin for a nice Baldor buffer like that.

Been over a year since I last posted on GJ, so figured I would post here!
You have been busy my friend!
Shop is looking good. Wish I had more time to spend in mine...
Give me a call sometime. Same #
Craig nice score on the mill! Like Strouty said... in the end the mill is the cheap compared to the tooling!

I really wasn’t planning on going Ho’ing,
Strouty, he’s kinda has the same plan. Sell 2 tool boxes, buy a tool box. Sell some hand tools, bring home a big blast cabinet. [emoji16]
