I've been MIA from this site but i do continue to reference it for solid information. Started detailing cars as a side passion project which i'm really enjoying as my garage and tool arsenal have made it a pleasurable experience.
Now that we (Canadians) are officially in our colder season I've looked to adding a couple small improvements that have been on my mind. I normally have a couple snow brushes that i leave in the garage to clear off cars on the driveway but like the rest of my space i can't stand having them just lay on the ground.
Walking through home depot looking for an easy solution lead me to an epiphany that i actually had a small wall rack leftover from my old garage. Mounted it up and it works perfectly. Really like how it can be visually hidden from sight behind the tool box. Sometimes cheap and simple solutions are the best way to go. And it still suits my palette of the rest of the garage.
I'm not sure if others share my insaneness but as you can see i have three brushes; each with their own purpose. Small cheap old wooden brush is perfect for dealing with road muck built up in the wheel wheels and under the car. Longer brush works great for dealing with roofs. Mid-sized brush is just right for windows
