Apart from the Channellock tip replacements,
I'd have to say, overall the Channellocks are pretty versatile and definitely worth it, never had issues, may be I should just keep a few extra tips in case any get misplaced.

Dunno, if it was Western Forge it probably would have had WF on it like they do for Craftsman. Can't see anything in the picture, but you're only seeing 2 sides of them.

he's got it listed at the high end of the price range, but he's come down quite a bit since he first listed it. as to "original" - all I can say is that is IS one of the earlier models, but there's no way to ascertain a date on it.

Still need a Snap On, Cornwell, Indestro, and a Plomb if I can find on in good condition cheap. Almost bid on that 9/32 Plomb, but I wouldn't be able to use it.

I'm a little let down with the Wilde 1/4 ratchet with the thumbwheel/spinner. It looks cheaply made, and where they punched USA on it after plating it, it chipped off a little piece of plating.

I'm also thinking it's possible those Klein 1/4" sockets I posted just above may have been manufactured by Proamerica / KAL. take a look at these:

you should be able to find an Indestro 2775 for about $15-$20 - a 6072 for $10-$20, and a 6472 for $15-$25 (all incl. shipping.) the 3275 you can get for $15-$30. the 2875 - anybody's guess - up to $40 (again, incl. shipping.)

Please check the pics carefully. I don't know if my eyes are playing tricks on me, but it looks like it's slightly bent in the pic with the ruler.
Also, can't tell what those marks are on the shaft. Either it's chipped plating, or blue tape???

Good condition, but the end of the handle is pretty banged up, where the Indestro stamping is.
