Yes it is a Chas Parker No. 88; 4 1/2' jaws and weighs 71 lbs., It's suppose to be a swivel and have pipe jaws but at that price who cares.

$5.80 a pound is a bit much.

Lets try to please keep vise deals posted under $2.00/lb., Especially ones that have not been welded.

$0.50 a pound use to be the going rate but now $1.00+ is more realistic.

If there are no cracks and it opens and closes without binding, it's a fairly good deal. I'd guess it weighs 70 lbs (possibly more) or about $2/lb. $1/lb is a goal most shoot for but it's not always possible. You're not getting a steal at that price but not being robbed either.
