Now that the cold weather is just about upon us, I'm going to need to relocate my snowblower so that it's more easily accessible for the winter. This means that I'll need to swap parking spots between the tractor and the blower. To get this started, I also decided to rejigger my wall storage a bit, as the bicycle closest to my wife's Jeep ended up sticking out a bit more than I had liked. This caused the pedal to sometimes get in the way as people walked by the Jeep, or as they were exiting/entering the Jeep.
To address this, I decided to get both bikes mounted up on the 8 foot track:
This freed up a ton of room on the 4 foot track closest to the entrance of the garage, which I then filled with extension cords, my weed trimmer and eventually the garden hoses (well, those used in the front yard, anyway):
The tractor will end up getting parked the long way against the back wall of the garage, which also means I'll need to shift the wire rack shelving unit a few feet over to the right (closer to my side of the garage). The blower will then easily fit precisely where the tractor sits today.
And now, a few random shots of my side of the garage, including some BMW-themed prints that I finally got around to mounting (another shoutout to M-technik-3 for the images):
And once my wife leaves with the baby to visit her grandfather in 30 minutes or so, I'll head outdoors to bring in all the lawn equipment down to the basement.
Man, have I mentioned I need a shed?!
