When I was at East Haven on Sunday, they had at least One of the nailers. . It was sitting on the clearance table in the front of the store. Not sure if it's still there, but might be worth looking. I have no need for another framing nailer at this point as I just got an air one.

Yeah one of the in store PCs around here shows East Haven as having them as well. Not sure its worth the ride for me yet or if I just want to go there to get away from everyone for a bit :)

It's a ride for me too, which is part of the reason I wasn't going to rush back. They do seem to always have clearance items though. That's where I had gotten multimeters and they had one of the echo top handle saws. They just wouldn't sell it though.

SPN you going slap a shipping label on them and ship? I sold 1 already.. Not sure if i should box or not.
Post Office will send you free boxes to your house if its a smaller item. For larger items, see if you have a box company in your area that sells boxes for cheap, you may have to buy a 25 pack or something but it will be far cheaper than retail usually. Worse case scenario home depot sells boxes pretty cheap and you can cut them down to size.

Nearest store to me had 2 nailers in stock, still at $300.06. Going to stop at the other one in town that showed stock since I'm working right by it today to see what its pricing is at.

Wow, there are a lot of us in CT! I visit the Manchester store, and occasionally Glastonbury. FWIW, I've never found a penny deal at either store, but haven't tried hard, either. I have found more deals at Glastonbury.

4 framing nailers @ 100.03 price.

Cherry Hill, NJ
Bensalem, PA.

Sometimes the stock reflects the display model and sometimes it does not. Try to find stores with more than 1 when possible.

I did see yesterday at a HD near me they had 2 Rigid 6Gal pancake air compressors on a shelf marked down to $69 I believe it was. It shows discontinued on the website if I try to look it up. I sure don't need this so I didn't look very close but maybe I should check that tag closer and look at the date.

Its still $79 at my local stores. I think only 1 store around me has any left.

FWIW, I think its a great compressor. VERY easy to walk around with.

I bet it's $79 at mine then and I am just not remembering correctly. I just purchased a Makita MAC2400 several months back or I would have looked at this closer.

Ditto that, Gbury and Manchester are always the last to mark stuff down.

The only ones I see under $200 are auction which still have multiple days left. All the "buy it nows" are $250+...

Looking for one of those DeWalts for a friend, will keep an eye on the CT pricing too.

Didn't realize the 7480 was still around, I thought this year's "special buy" was the DW745

I forget which store it was, but I saw a couple of the 7480's. Ffld has one of the 745's I think (at least last week they did).

Scored a nailer for $100.03. The other in stock was the display. Should be a quick flip on Craigslist.

The nailer is still $300.06 at my local store but did find one of the EZ Reach WD40's at the millworks desk that rang up at a penny.

Glastonbury has the best computer situation I've seen in CT though. That "installer" computer right near the SCO is great! As of Tuesday, they had some of those Dewalt Tough Boxes on the clearance shelf. Lots of people got those as penny deals last year, so I was excited, but they rang up full price. The only other sort of interesting thing I found was a clearance Dewalt random orbital sander (D26451K?) for $36. I left it on the shelf near the others.

New Hartford is my closest, but I can easily get to Southington, Bristol, Bloomfield, and West Hartford.

Im in Milford, so my most frequented stores are Stratford, Orange and Derby with the occasional trip south to Trumbull and Bridgeport. Very rarely Ill hit Fairfield but I dont go farther south than that, and very rarely Ill hit East Haven but no further north than that.

sold all 3 of the ones I bought yesterday overnight for $245 each

Sorry I stand corrected, I was looking on my phone and forgot to change the settings to BIN. Thanks. What's shipping costing on them? SPN, didn't keep any for yourself this time?

Anyone have any thought on the longevity of these Paslode cordless framing nailers? I had planned on buying a Paslode F350S until these popped up. Will the cordless one stand hold up to contractor use? Compressor accessibility isn't an issue.

if its easier enough for you to have a compressor on site (Standard thing on your jobsite) then i would go pneumatic. But if you do a lot of quick stuff, punch lists, ect. then one of these would be the ticket. I wouldn't frame houses with one long term.

I have a feeling the biggest issue would be batteries dying, not keeping a charge, etc. Typical cordless tool stuff.

Most reviews like the gun itself but a few have mentioned issues with the batteries.

If compressed air isnt an issue, Id stick with those. But the Paslode looks like it would sell pretty well if you wanted to make a profit.
