Yeah I'm looking at a 30 gal right now, the sticker on the compressor itself says it's the 135 psi model C301H but it has the price tag for the C302H on it. And the sticker on the motor says 2 HP like yours shows. Would there be a way to show this store they have the wrong model labeled?
Had a massive fiasco yesterday with this. Bought a C301H still in box on Friday. Went to another HD on Saturday and found a C302H with a yellow $333.06 sticker on it showing the SKU but reading "135psi model". Hauled *** home to get a car that I could transport it home in.
Get up to the SCO and ask for a discount since it's a floor model. She scans the $330 tab and see's that it's $110. She says no discount as it's already "discounted"

I ask for a manager. So some guy (not the manager) comes over and then the fun begins. He says "someone" put the wrong tag on the compressor as the Husky Label says 155psi and the yellow tag says 135psi. He rips the label off and says he needs to look into it and asked me where I got the compressor. Uhh? Where do you think I got it? I tell him that the 135 & 155psi compressors share the same SKU. He was very confused and was adamant that someone switched or mislabeled the compressor.
After at least 15 minutes, I'm pissed and tell the SCO I want the manager asap. I'm sick of waiting. She (manager) finally comes over along with the guy that skated with the Husky tag. He says the tag does not match the compressor but he is going to "go ahead" and sell it to me at that price. I then tell him I'm gonna need the factory tag and he says I can't have it. I tell him you're giving me the tag as it goes with the product and matches the user manual attached to it. Manager agrees and give it to me.
Spent about 5 minutes trying to educate the manager about the 2 model numbers and one SKU but she looked at me like I was speaking Mandarin.
Loaded it up and headed home.
