Where is this promo? I just received my drill/driver combo in the mail today (unfortunately $189 and NOT $91 from amazon) and would like to get an extra $20 off if I could.
Remember that Bosch has a $20 off $100 promo going on. Retailers all over the country are probably reordering more kits to restock.
At $1.66 a wrench, you could fill in the other sizes you might need and still get great wrenches for cheap ;)

The metric set only goes up to 16mm, that's turnoff

I would personally wait for one of these two sets to go on sale (Click the "Follow Price" link and put in a price that's about 30-40% off and look for another coupon/promo to combine with when you eventually get the email):

Cheapest set with many of the larger wrenches:

http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00987643000P

This set is missing a couple of the biggest wrenches... but has midget wrenches.

http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00946936000P

Either way you can fill in the others you need from eBay, Sears, wherever.

If you need something right now then the 26pc sets are on sale for $49.99... add this little screwdriver to your cart and the "SEARS5OFF50" and place two separate orders for in-store pick-up. That will get you another $4.00 off each set.

Just signed up for the shoprunner, that is interesting, I will be interested to see how it works during the year. Woohoo FREE 2DAY SHIPPING FROM DOMINO'S PIZZA!!!!!!

On the Sears wrenches, if you want the 17mm you need to get the 12pc sets, but those are on sale too as has already been posted. They were down to 26.99 with the extra 10% off, but now they are at 29.99 (regular 39.99)
http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00947237000P?mv=rr
But that still doesn't get 19mm, so I might go with the 9pc set and add 17mm and 19mm separately.

Am I the only one surprised by the popularity of "Shoprunnner"? It looks like a great deal, I just don't shop at any of those stores (except maybe Autozone). Just sayin'.

:headscrat

I am, but I don't think it has traction which is why they run these free promos.

I thought Sears was a participating merchant, signed up only to realize it wasn't. Silly me!

Tool King was a "coming soon" participant back when I reviewed shipping services in May.

I've save some $$ via Shop Runner, also on return shipping. It cost me $14 to ship a pair of pants back to Altrec. I have a power supply to return to Newegg, Shop Runner's saving me a bit of $$ on the return shipping.

But they spam, oh so badly, since they make $$$ everytime they get you to click on a store link.

My biggest complaint about ShopRunner is that it doesn't work on all items. Radio Shack's a participant, but only for very select items that nobody would want to buy.

Whether I frequently shop with the included stores or not, the opportunity for free shipping from any of them for a year, for free, is appealing. I'm not certain that I'll pay $79 to renew, as I already have Amazon prime, but I'll definitely try it for a year. Even one free delivery with Dominos (instead of paying $2) will make it worth the 20 seconds it took me to fill out the form.

I'm mostly excited to see what future options become available. Toolking looks like it could be a good one, but I'm curious who else will jump on. If someone like Walmart, Target, or Sears, (or hell, home depot or lowes) came on, it would be amazing. At the moment, the included stores have a lot of overlap with amazon prime offerings, but there are a few that have some new stuff, ie autozone and radioshack (as well as the clothes stores). I will say I seriously doubt Sears will jump on, as they currently have their own $79/year 2 day shipping program for it and k-mart.

full 2 page coupon ads from the HOT ROD mag if anybody wanted to see the rest of it.

If you buy the 5drawer service cart at the regular price and use the 20% off coupon its $10 cheaper than the sale price at $169.99

Thank you. The 16-drawer is $10 cheaper, I need two so it's worth picking up a Hot Rod just for the coupon. Is that the January 2012 issue or December 2011?

Also, one note... the top chest is $249 with ITC, which would pay for itself and then some.

Thanks! I got screwed out of it first time around by sears.
Also, i added the keychain screw driver to get my order over $50 so i could use a $10 off my next tool purchase - but it wouldn't take it at checkout

I just got back from picking up my 20 piece gearwrench set. I took my $10 off $50 coupon I got with my receipt on my last store purchase that it wouldn't let me use toward this set online. The manager did a refund to my account for the $10 AND gave me the coupon back, she said she didn't use the coupon just manualy did the refund!
I ended up getting the 20 peice set for $40!
Sweet -

It IS the January issue front cover looks like this.

The magazine is $5.99 tho so depending on how much you want to save. A few dollars doesn't add up spending $6 on the magazine.

I know I said I was outa here for a few weeks, but I just stumbled on a deal I couldn't pass up.

Lowes has the Kobalt 41" SS Tool chest on sale for $485 down from $610, and the top for $375 down from $470.

I had the top, and just bought the bottom. I'm not a huge Kobalt fan, but these boxes are awesome and for that price, hard to beat. IMHO!

Good Luck!

Home Depot had their M12 Inspection Camera on clearance. Born on date was 6/11/2011. Should be $0.01 very soon.

This will not be a penny until late February. It is $199 right now, down from $249. The sku is 358-384 and it is model 2310-21. It has a bonus screw gun. Thanks for posting it!
