cute puppy. Want another one.....they might be twins....
ours look just about identical.....
mine doesn't have quite the pedigree....he was a rescue that came with over 300 tiny little ticks on him. Vet said that was a new record. My wife spent many many hours with tweezers helping this little guy out. He's a high speed, high motor nut job....24/7. whew! Hopefully yours is a bit more under control.

Haha he is for now, but I'm sure his time is coming.

I respect anyone who takes in a rescue. We did the same with a 1 year old Husky several years ago who has since passed, but she turned out to be a wonderful dog. Similar story to yours. Was brought to the shelter with lots of flea/tick issues and matted hair. Was a full blooded Husky pup (and presumably expensive), so the shelter was surprised she had no collar or microchip. Searched for the owner for a while but eventually put her up for adoption and we took her. Beautiful dog with a great personality. May she rest in peace.

Anyone want to take a guess what breed she is? In these pictures she's 5 months old. Her name is Charlie. If someone can correctly guess her breed in the next 12 hours I will send the first person a prize. If not I will reveal her breed then.

I must admit, I was pretty sure no one would get it. Charlie is a Komondor. The second picture is what she will look like if I grow her coat out to show length.

She hacked your wifi (R2D2 style) and sent me a desperate message of the abuse...I've relayed her message to the authorities that you don't play toss nearly enough for her liking.

Now this is a thread I can contribute to...

A couple of American Eskimos, Rafiki (male) and Ziggy (female)

Sometimes they help:

Sometimes they watch:

But most of the time... they nap:

Cooper Dog. Look at that blockhead.

LOVE blockhead labs. There is just something about that big ol cinder block of a dome that makes them the most handsome dogs ever.

This guy was 130lbs of muscle. Pretty sure his mother might have bred with a Clydesdale. The second picture is him standing behind a 100lb GS for reference

My current garage dog is this sweetheart I got from Indiana. She works part time as a garage safety PSA model

^Some great lookin' labs there!

My girlfriend and I just got a puppy about 6 weeks ago. She's a mutt with a very unknown history as she was found on the streets somewhere in Arkansas. Originally we were told she was a lab/collie mix but the paperwork from the Arkansas humane society said they thought she was lab/terrier. Now that she's about 6 months and still only 23lbs we think lab/terrier is correct.

So far she's not a huge fan of the garage but loves being out in the back yard (where the garage is) lounging in the sun, eating grass and playing fetch. I'm really hoping that she'll warm up to being in the garage as I'd love to have a little pal out there while I tinker.

Colin Len - Your dog is an exact twin to my son's dog, without the white. She is one of the nuttiest dog's I have ever seen. He sends video's all of the time with her antics. Great dog with a real personality.

Ha, that's great! She can be a bit nutty as well and sometimes we worry how smart she'll be but so far she's a really quick learner so that fear is going away. She's also surprisingly mellow for a puppy, which is making things easier than they would be otherwise.

The talk above about Labs breaks my heart because it reminds me of my best friend, Sooner. He's my avatar. He crossed to the other side December 14, 2015 and I miss him every single day.

He was never totally at ease unless he was touching me in some way. He slept with his head ON my feet when I watched tv. He rode with his head on my leg in the truck. He slept on his own bed right next to my side of the bed so I'd touch him if I got up. He laid down outside the bathroom door every morning while I took a shower. The best friend you could ever have.

My vet said he was one of the largest pure bred Labs he'd ever seen.

Rest in Peace my boy until we meet again.

How were your guys labs as pups? My Mozzie is 6 months old (75lbs) pure bread English lab. He chews EVERYTHING! Stick, rocks, plastic toys, Sheetrock walls, wood molding, rubber floor mats, grease, everything.

Is this normal lab behavior and when will it stop?

Ayup. My last retriever chewed everything and had to stay in crate till she was two. She ate a wall one time. Door was open right next to it. Ate moulding drywall insulation and was working on framing.
My daughter has one now and it will mouth or eat anything. Plus he is quick. Scrap cut off hits the floor and he is gone. I don't mind sticks or firewood but the things that could hurt or kill I just have to keep cleaning. Had a worklight glass just shatter. Glass hit the floor and the idiot was right into it. I get him bones and huge toys. Anything with a squeaker or stuffing in it he will destroy in ten minutes and eat. Just keep cleaning up for a few years.

Our pure breed yellow lab stayed in a crate when we weren't home or in bed till she was one or one and half cant quite remember. She ate everything, once a a pair of socks that almost killed her and ruined her stomach for good, once she climbed up on the counter and took a nice big bite out of a cake my mother was taking to a baby shower in ten minutes :lol_hitti She also ate about a million other things over the years. Stopped almost completely once she was three, now she is 10 and has the best personality. Trust me they are well worth the puppy stage as hellish as it can be, as they are some of the best dogs out there

It's normal. I doubt it will ever end. We had an 8 yr old lab up until Nov 2015. He chewed / stole everything. Our new puppy at 4 months isn't as bad. He chews his bones and will chew wood (mulch/ branches) outside. He does steal the kids toys at times.

A topic that I can contribute to!

This is my black German Shepherd, Vance! He's my garage buddy. Also adores car rides.

He also chewed a lot of things as a puppy, but stopped around 7-8 months. He's almost 2 years old now.
