The 1" copper was still normal price at my Lowes. I was hoping to find it on clearance and re-plumb the air in my shop

My Lowes had them, but they were $33.00 something each.
Item number was the same, Model number I think was different.
Think it was the same though according to model number.
Description was the same.
Don't know if it would pay to keep an eye on them or not?
You are not serious are you??![]()
Considering the scrap yard is about 4-5 miles right up the road, heck yes.
Do you have an item #?I picked up 2 coils of 1/4 inch copper tubing 60 feet each for $9 per roll.

Ideal data/coax tools marked down an additional 40% in the Savannah area. They hovered at 30% off for the past few months. Paid $74 (w/tax after military discount) for the following:
45-131 Stripper
35-046 Coax Connector Tool
33-622 Compression F-Connector Installation Kit (lowes.com shows a kit with older and seemingly inferior compression and stripping tools)
62-140 Tracetone Wire Tracer
30-503 Crimpmaster Ratchet Crimper (additional dies can be found online for a fraction of what Ideal charges)
33-856 VDV Multimedia Cable Tester
35-185 110 Style Punch Down Tool
30-603 OmniSeal Pro Compression Tool
Most made in US or Taiwan. Testers made in China like almost every other electronic device nowadays. I stayed away from most of the data tools for now. With wireless internet and cell phones being so widely available I figure that the cable tools will see more use.

Same in the Dallas area. Picked up a few items to reroute some stuff in the future.
I found some splash windshield washer 498124 for.30 each.
what's odd is that the roll of copper pipe is $249 at one local store, and $65 at another 10 miles away... It say normal price is $149 though...
Wonder what the scrap value is on 3/4"x60ft copper pipe? Or could it be used to run airlines in my shop?

3/4" type L is .455 lb/ft so 60 ft is 27.3lbs. #1 Copper is currently about $2.70/lb, so that would be about $73.31 scrap price.
If it's type L, then yes it can be used to run compressed air.
Is there a Pipe not suitable for compressed air? I got some off a job to run mine and never thought of type. Been hooked up a year now....no isues yet. I need to see if there is still writng on it
All the Ideal brand data tools have been replaced with Southwire brand around me. The remaining Ideal stuff is around 50% off.
Which Dallas locations? I haven't found anything near me in Mckinney.
Watching the levels locally as well. I want to get some of the larger ones but waiting on the price to drop more.
I found item 23780 for $9.00 per roll. Does anyone know what the scrap value would be on this?
Nothin i need, but in North Texas
