OP
Thanks. Actually 2 days and they were done! Started Tuesday at 10 AM and finished Wednesday 3:30 PM. I am just updating the thread with everything from the 2nd day...............This crew was amazing and attention to detail was outstanding! In only 3 days, those guys are really moving along. It's so nice for you!
Thank you BrentAt this rate, you'll be moving in in no time. Thanks for the detailed pics, I enjoyed looking through them.
Be ready to wait again.Still plenty to do. Spray foam for the ceiling, concrete and electrical.

Yup, all good thoughBe ready to wait again.
My excavation, retaining wall, concrete, site work all dragged on, seemed like forever. Tubular steel 46x48x12 went up in 2-1/2 days. Now I'm dragging everything out.![]()
Looks great and that will be an awesome shop when you are complete.
Thanks LarryLooks good, you had an awesome crew that did a great job
Thanks Chris! Yes we could not be happier with how it is all coming together. Absolutely love itLooking great and what a fabulous location. You must be so pleased with it all.
Thank youHey Max the shop is shaping up nicely, looks like a great size, looking forward to seeing how you finish it.
Thanks Ryan! The ground work was most important as you stated. We are very fortunate to have such an experienced excavator as well as an individual who is as invested in the project as we areScott... Admittedly it has been a minute since I've checked in, but I am blown away as to how quickly they put that structure up. The groundwork looked thorough as anything, and as others have noted it's definitely a "buy once, cry once" situation to ensure that your sub terrain is best it can be, especially for a slab as large as you're pouring.
I love the aesthetic of the roofing and siding you picked. As a guy that wears a black shirt and black hat every day, I think if I were to ever go with a structure like this I'd be looking for the same color scheme.
Looking forward to seeing what's next!
It has been a great working with Pioneer. Communication and timelines have been excellent. Hopefully it continues as smoothlyHey Max how has is it going so far dealing with pioneer ? I am loving mine. I have had mine since August of 2006.
Thank youLooking awesome. I really like the brown siding choice. Fits the setting well.
Thank youNice building in a beautiful area.
Thank you! We really love the color, looks better every dayYour shop is looking great! Same color as mine, except I went with a lighter color on the roof and have always regretted it. Have often wondered what it would look like with a darker roof color. Now I know.
Looking forward to watching the rest of your project come together!
