Rednotch,

Check to see if you have attempted to use any coupons/promo codes in addition to the surprise points. I tried to use $12 in surprise points (unfortunately for clothing not tools) the other day and I could not get them to work. Contacted Shopyourway and they offered to move the 12,000 points to my regular points - and I didn't argue. Later that evening I went back and found a couple of coupons that I had tried to use with the surprise points and removed them and I was able to complete the transaction with no further problem (the nice lady at SYW left the surprise points behind as they were schedule to expire at midnight). Watch for the small print advising that coupons/promo codes can not be used in conjunction with the surprise points - seems to be something new that Sears is doing to stop us from further enriching the deals.......Hope this helps.....

Nope that was the first thing I checked, no coupons or codes. I click the shop now link next to the surprise points offers and everything shows up out of stock on shopyourways website can't even add a single item to my cart. Try to use it on sears.com and nothing will trigger them? Its all clothing anyway so not a big deal. I guess I got too many free beanies last time they gave me those free surprise points with no amount spent restrictions.

So those hose pinch pliers were in my cart and now sold out. That was a great deal and I need a pair of those.

Also the GearWrench flex head ratchet wrenches are made in China, not USA as previously stated. I am returning them. I only bit on them because of that. I didn't really need them.
I didn't think any of the Gearwrench ratchets were made in USA. They're China or Taiwan

I don't think Gearwrench has ever been made in the USA. The older stuff was made in Taiwan, then moved to China.

I am in the market for a 12" craftsman WF adjustable. Is there any sign of these moving over seas or do I have time. Craftsman adjustable are my favorite.

I have this pair
http://www.sears.com/diehard-men-s-...p-067B0015000P?prdNo=1&blockNo=1&blockType=G1

I do not use them for work, I wore them at the office during the winter time and now I just wear them when I do work around the house. My only complaint is that I wish they were a little wider, I have a wide foot. I think they are worth $50 which is what I paid for them about three years ago. So half price and using points, I would say it is a win win for you

Gladiator cabinets are $99 right now and coupon friendly. Got 20% off, had enough points to get it down to $15, and earned $16.

Edit: Appears to be a hot buy now. No codes will work.

Dumb question, and I know the website is a pile of a ****...

I have spending to reach "gold" vip status. But I need 8 transactions to go before the end of the year. So I made two orders over the weekend, and the number of transactions hasn't changed.

Is the shopyourways thing that slow?

Basically they are throwing money at me. I have a ton of reward points due to a botched appliance delivery (what a fiasco). Combined with having free shipping and tossing me $10 off $20 offers about every day I "almost" feel like I'm robbing the place.
