So, this was a mistake and they no longer have the wrenches in stock to send you? Or they ran out of the SAE and started sending out just the metrics? Mine is due to come in today and now I'm worried what I'll get!

Not sure what happened. I'm not sure if they come in one bag or two.

I got one bag of just 6 wrenches, but the bag had a hole in the side of it. The only wrenches missing were the SAE ones.

They are really nice wrenches BTW

Got mine yesterday and the metric comes in one bag, and the sae in another. What was the weight on the UPS shipping label? If it was 18 lbs. then UPS may have had the box open on them and lost the second bag. If it shows way less in weight on the label, then it’s on Sears.

Hey guys, fyi.

I have been buying stuffs from Sears to take advantage of $25 or above comes with free shipping. The past 3 orders, I lost 2 of them, with the last one supposedly on the way Sears website is showing "Preparing to ship" and "Arriving on Dec 6". Today is Dec 6, so I chatted with their CS. They give me a tracking number which shows these were delivered 11/28. I was like wth... they said they are investigating now. Not sure if UPS did not deliver it, or Sears giving me the wrong tracking number, or what happened.

So the moral of the story, if you order something, and do not see the tracking number on Sears website, you may want to chat with the CS for status update.

For the record, I have had items delivered from Sears many times, and never lost any of them until now. My neighborhood is pretty safe, although that does not means someone can stop by my porch and take these packages. I also have ordered stuffs from other websites around the same time, and they were all left in the front porch with no problem.

My order from early last week hasn't shipped yet, which is very strange. They give me a tracking number but it hasn't moved. Normally I get stuff in a couple of days. Maybe they got slammed or maybe the beginning of the end...

had the same thing one something else from them, was due on the 30th tracking didn't update at all from shipping label being created until yesterday and it showed up today. Got my wrench set a last week since I ordered it as soon as I got the e-mail ad for the industrial stuff from sears. It was posted by the time I visited the forum. still have a few orders for store pick up that I'm waiting confirmation on from BF sales.

That's odd - I ordered mine late Monday (12/4) and mine have shipped and are at the Memphis hub now. Tracking says 17.2 pounds, so I hope I got both sets in there :)

I ordered some batteries that are ship to store on Nov. 9, still haven't arrived.

Ive had this happen twice now. Both times it was sitting at the store when I called and on my sears account it already said 'picked up.'

For those that are now worried, check the weight on the tracking page. The weight is 18 lbs. with both sae and metric. You'll have to enter the tracking number into UPS's actual tracking page to get the weight. It won't show going directly from the Sears tracking info page.

Got all 10! I don't want to gloat too much, but these are some very nice, very big wrenches.

I ordered the large wrenches and the swivel impact socket set. The box showed up today and the single piece of tape the stingy shippers used came loose. UPS put a piece of tape on it to keep the box closed, but not before the metric wrenches were lost. So I only got the 4 SAE wrenches and the sockets. Really bummed out.

These wrenches are big and heavy! Can't imagine they slipped through a crack in the floor at UPS. I prefer to think good of people, but can't help feel that they are in some UPS worker's trunk right now!

I have noticed the sears website does not match ups tracking. Sears will say shipped days before they leave the store/warehouse. Along those lines sears will say shipped even if the order is cancelled due to out of stock at one place, which frustrates the hell out of me because then I have to order it again because other stores/warehouses have it.

It is also a matter of matching the wrenches to the package they came flying out of. If you have never seen the speed these things are sorted it is incredible.

I ordered the Cman wrenches last Thursday. As stated in an earlier post, there are 2 bags with metric and standard separated. My box was intact and I want to give a huge thanks to the poster who alerted us to this smoking deal.

They are very, very nice wrenches in fact I was in the tool dept. at a farm supply store today and saw the same type of set but they were ugly chinese made wrenches and the cost was more than what we paid for these beauties.

Really regretting not getting a set. The description was jacked and I thought they were smaller.

My wrench set came as well. Many thanks to the OP for flagging this deal for all of us.

I can understand why at least one person said that he received only part of a set. The set I received was working its way out of the box. It wasn't packed very well. Fortunately it was delivered before some of the wrenches fell out.

Not the nice chrome of the big industrial set, and made in China. But if you need a wide range of combo wrenches this is not a bad deal. Includes all sizes in that Industrial deal:

$119.99 43 pc. Craftsman wrench set.

Got my Industrial wrench set today and nothing was missing. It was actually packaged decently with a side-close box. Maybe they learned something from the early shipping mistakes.

Thank you to asm154 for posting the deal

Fluke 115 Multimeter - $79.92
http://www.sears.com/fluke-115-multimeter/p-03481341000P

Saw this on slickdeals. Picked up the last one at the Big Rapids, MI store. Great deal on a solid Fluke multimeter if you can find one in stock at your local sears.

The 117 is also on clearance but I couldn't find any that were close to me.

Thanks. Showed nothing for 50 miles based on my zip code. Went over to the store and they had a 115 with a price tag of $159.99 on the shelf. I was going to ask about price matching (since it says online only on the website). It was locked up, so I asked if they could unlock it and price check it. It scanned at the $79.92 price, so no price match needed. Then I used points that brought it down to $55 out the door. Also, I got back $10 in points for $40 spent.

Tappet Wrench set down to $17.00 lowest i have seen this. For anyone that may need tappet wrenches. I dont work on old stuff or hydraulics anymore so not a need for me. I wonder if they are discontinuing and now selling off inventroy. My guess is they are still USA made as this is a niche item
I bought a set last year and unfortunately they are Chinese and have a rather thick head which kind of defeats the purpose.

I bought the set when it was USA. Nice and trim, and very strong.

I can't believe Sears would thicken a tappet wrench. What are they thinking???:dunno:

Tappets are also good for working on bicycles, where you need to use multiple thin wrenches in close quarters.

Wow that blows they can't even replace t.

I would blame it on the one of you that bought a set only to turn it around and list on eBay for a $100+ profit. Listing created right after this post was made so I know the person found out from here.

If you are the one who did this out there reading this, and I know you are, greedily hoping for more deals to profit from, that is NOT what this forum is about. Because of you someone that actually wanted a set for their own personal use cannot exchange their defective order anymore. That set should have gone to them. Not your profiteering self. Stay off this forum if you're just out to scope our deals to make a dime. You aren't welcome here.

A guy with 70 posts telling people to stay off this forum and they are not welcome here. That's funny! There's nothing you or I can do if someone wants to make a buck and sees an opportunity.
Who,Gives a Damn How many Posts he has?
Hes 100% Right !01& Right!!!!!
I could not Agree more with him!
Greed Makes Us Who wanted a Set for MY OWN Use,
From Getting A Deal On the Items?

First of all thank you to the one who posted this to begin with! Mine came in yesterday and were absolutely beautiful. So beautiful that I decided to order a second set. (One set to actually use working on big equipment and another set to put up and keep pretty as a collector item.) I just ordered it Yesterday but assuming they come in with all pieces I would be willing to work something out with you. Not to make a profit but just what I paid and the shipping it cost me to send them to you

See, Nice Fair Guy There!
I won't even come on here gloating about what a nice Item I found at a yard sale, Flea market, Craigs list facebook, etc,
and DARE,:evil: list it for it for sale in this group?
Oh, and I have ~4,500 some posts. am "I" allowed to say that.
Now, we should get back to the "deals" before someone whines about that!

^ ^ ^ Nice looking CM Industrial wrenches !!

In my email I recently received an offer to buy those from SearsPartsDirect. No such thing as "Free" shipping on that side of Sears house but thought the price was fairly good. I'll have to go find that and see if still valid.

If only CM buried the raised panel **** ratchet and released this extreme grip ratchet ten years ago things might be brighter for CM. Good deal for a soft handle ratchet that ratchets nicely especially for $10

For years, I been using CM raised panel as my only ratchet (made in USA yay... but agree it *****) until I find GJ, and discover a better world with nicer tools
