I used my $20 in freecash in lawn and garden to get this sprayer for free after buying the trowel. I got the trowel today and it's actually pretty nice.

Trowel is $5.99 and the sprayer ends up being almost free.

I had points / freecash to use and ended up getting this small sprayer that I needed. Was really surprised how thick the bottle part was, seems like really good quality... Perfect size for what I need it in my garden...

They used to have the 13 piece set with metal rack on sale all the time for $9.99. The best part of it was the included metal hanging rack. I wonder if it is no longer offered. Shows as shipping unavailable and no store pickup for me. The 12 piece set looks to just be a handful of loose bits, no rack anymore, like it used to have in the 13 piece set :(

I have both hammers, they are both good.

I got the Nupla one at Sears when they were on sale for about $14 a while back.

The Craftsman hammer actually has more value, even though at the moment it is the same price as the Nupla. If you compare retail-to-retail price of each, the Craftsman Deadblow is more valuable.

Just shows you Sears doesn't know what they are doing. Out of about every 10 things I order, it seems like 1 or 2 are wrong. Last time I ordered a Clamp, they sent me a woman's blouse. Then I have to hear "who's is this?" when my wife sees me with it. Thanks Sears....

The Craftsman 'power drive' dead blow hammers are made by Nupla. I have both of those too. Unless you had a specific need for one vs the other, they're both great. Note that the Nupla-branded item is not really a dead blow hammer (it has a solid head), despite what Sears calls it online.

Looks like it is being clearanced out... There is a store 30 miles away from me with it in stock, but I'm not going to drive that far for something so minor... lol.

As for the wood bits.. if you have a home depot near by I got the Bosch dare devil set with case for like 15 bucks some time back... don't know if it's still the same price. Best spade bits I've ever used. Super fast cutting.

To add to the options, when I was looking for spade bits several years ago, I was considering the Daredevils but ended up going with this comparable product from Craftsman - $21.99 (full price currently), comes in a soft case, and still available for ship-to-home:
Craftsman 8 Pc. Self Feed Spade Bit Set with Storage Pouch

Keep it. Like others said it is made by Nupla, it is just craftsman branded. I'd buy another deadblow if they were not OOS everywhere around me. I love the set I have currently.

I'm not sure what the first hammer is, but it is clearly not a deadblow hammer as the title/label suggests.

It's a short hammer, good for punches and chisels.

Did they update their pricing software?

I've noticed that non-Hot Buy sale prices creep up slowly now. Maybe the more they sell, the more the price goes up? :headscrat

I've seen that in the past on items that match Amazons pricing. When Amazon sells more the price goes up and then sears price match automatically goes with it. I'm not sure if that is the case with the item you are looking at though.

Yes!! I was waiting till this weekend to do another in-store purchase in the hopes that the holiday-weekend ~$6-$12 bounceback coupons of the last several months would be happening again. I haven't been there myself yet, but reports are that Kmart and Sears are giving out coupons good Jan 19-31, if you buy something in-store this weekend and get a printed receipt. :D

The items you're referring to have a red "Matches Amazon Price" on the desktop site, and I can understand why the prices can fluctuate.

The items I've been watching don't mention Amazon, such as the Craftsman pipe wrenches. I posted the sale prices last Saturday, and each time I check the price again it's a little bit higher than before.

In the past, when the sale is over the price returns to normal at midnight central. Now, there's this slow creep upward.

If anyone's looking for a new coat, this offer seems to apply to at least the Levi's, Dockers, Structure, and Craftsman brands of coats. You have to spend at least $50 out of pocket (not from points) on the initial purchase, and in reward you'll receive $50 in points to use on something else.

"Members get $50 CASHBACK in points when you spend $50 or more on an Apparel purchase at Sears. Points awarded the next day and valid for 14 days. Max 50,000 points per member. ONLINE ONLY. Valid through January 13, 2018 11:59 PM CST"

I just got an email saying this promo has been extended another week.

"Get $50 cashback in points when you spend $50 on winter clothes. Points valid for 14 days. Offer ends 1/20/18."

Made my in-store purchase today using the $6 coupon I got on New Year's weekend, and got a new $6 coupon. :)

Also saw that most/all the hammers are 10% off currently.

I went by my local Sears yesterday and they still had the New Years sale price tag on these ($9.99). I picked one up and they honored the sale price. :D

Even better! I didn't notice when that sale happened to post about it.

Let us know how you like that. I was actually going to repurpose a file box and put hanging folders in it for each grade, but I think I like this better. At least it looks better.

Wasn't going to do this as I got 2 coats last year and just got the heated jacket off ebay. But... I found out my drill press is dying so here we are. I decided to try out their Craftsman Men's Insulated Bib Overalls with Teflon for $59.99 - $9.99 freecash and get $50 back deal.

Black is all sold out but the tan ones should be just as warm.

Now off to Kmart to get $50 back on $50 worth of their house brand items.

over $25 and it ships free. I'd avoid going into Kmart if possible

Oh I agree but it's not working online at the moment. My kmart is actually pretty good... clean, stocked, decent help etc. Plus a lot of the house brand does not ship. Also need to find something for my $5 freecash before it expires.

I've had one for several years and like it, posted about it when the more recent $12.99 sale started last week, but the only people who replied at the time weren't very interested.

Oh, and the sandpaper portfolio is on a rare sale today too! $12 sale, $20 regular. I have one I got a few years ago, which I believe was on sale at the time too, but I haven't seen it back on sale at all last year.
http://www.sears.com/craftsman-9-x-11-in-sandpaper-50-pk/p-00922893000P

It's not designed for heavy bashing-around, but has worked well for me. Nice organizational method plus a bunch of sheets of decent sandpaper. I like the organization idea so much personally that if I ever end up with more paper than fits in this one (I added a handful of sheets to it) or want more grit categories, I plan to get a file sorter thing like this at an office supply store or dollar store to put them in. Especially on sale at this price, it's worth buying for the sandpaper if you don't have enough right now; if you've already got too much sandpaper and no good way to store it, consider buying an empty organizer without the Craftsman name on it at another store instead.

get the portfolio at staples for much much cheaper. i've been using brown legal folder ones - with the elastic snap cord - for decades. $2-$3...

I bought this some time ago.

Not at all impressed with the sandpaper. Includes 40 and 60 grit which I never use. Quality sandpaper is one of those, "yeah, this is nice" things.

don't let me stop you posting deals. i think the idea of the portfolio is a good one. It's an improvement over my cut-out cereal box dividers and handwritten grit tabs but I spent the $10 on beer so I had to roll my own...

How did you get the freecash and cash back to work together? T&C says the $50 offer excludes freecash, and when I apply any freecash the $50 in "points you could earn" goes away.

Did it actually take the points off, though? Just tried it again, it shows the points as being redeemed, but is not actually changing the total due.

Yeah, my total was $52.50 after tax and got $52 back in points already posted to my account. Maybe they changed something... did you try mobile or a different browser?

The kmart purchase however is jacked and is not showing the 100% back in points offer. Waiting to hear from syw but would like to get my drill ordered.

Thanks for posting. Reminder for anyone interested in this, like most if not all Sears deals nowadays, it will only count if you spend $75+ in 'real money' before tax, not from spending points. You can use points towards the amount beyond $75.

Edit: This might be a new low for them... "Points awarded the next day and valid for 7 days." Not even 14 days, geez. And a deal like that deserves at least 30 days, IMO.

I emailed the offer to friends, in case they see something they might need. I LOL'd at one of the replies:
