EDIT - The $5 off $35 TOOLS coupon code from RetailMeNot still seems to be working if you haven't used it yet... https://www.retailmenot.com/view/sears.com?c=10086381&redemptionChannel=online (Scroll down a bit on the page)

Oh sure, they drop those 3pc 84T ratchets back down to $44.99 today... When I don't have any points to spend...

https://www.sears.com/craftsman-3-pc-thin-profile-ratchet-set/p-A020517920

Also noticed the 3/8" Flex Head ratchet is at $10.49 which is pretty much the all-time low price:

https://www.sears.com/craftsman-3-8-in-drive-flex-head-quick-release/p-A023241015

Same for the 1/2" Flex Head ratchet at $16.99 is the lowest price I've seen...

https://www.sears.com/craftsman-1-2...sellerId=SEARS&prdNo=2&blockNo=2&blockType=G2

The 2.5" Hose pinch pliers are discounted a couple bucks at $17.99 but no shipping.

There is a $30 points with $30 spent on tools today only. I ordered those crowfoot SAE and the 5 piece mini pliers for $43.56 with $30.40 in points. It looks like you can do multiple orders.

They have a bunch of individual Knipex tools that qualify for the offer.

The fine print says $30 max per member...... so that means only $30 max no matter what?

When do you get these points to use? I did 2 of these deals and the points weren't there later?

*usually* points are awarded the next day, or after you pick it up / after it ships...

If it says $30 max per member, and you did it more than once purchasing things back-to-back, it was probably because they don't process the 'deal' until again after the item is shipped or its ready for pickup. You can chat with customer service about it afterwards and they might make an exception if you have some emails or screenshots showing you were supposed to get the $30 back on both.

The Sears website says $30 back on $30 to spend through Tuesday. Does that mean they will expire after Tuesday? I bought and picked up a $32.** order today, and my SYW points says it will be applied tomorrow(Monday) along with the base points.

Hmmm...a lot of online sale prices that have been around for many months have finally ended in the tool section.

Here's a new sale price, but it might be difficult to find a USA set at this point.

Craftsman 6 pc. Roll Pin Punch Set $12.99

spin_prod_1071619412

These are 7.99 today. No shipping though

Better jump at this if you can. Not available for me..

$7.99 :shocking:

EDIT: If you have bought stuffs, check their prices. I just went thru my purchases, and see that some of them are cheaper now. Time for price adjustment :)

These are 7.99 today. No shipping though

Wow, a lot lower than the prices they had when these were made in USA. Now they're really competing with HF.

It says points valid for 7 days (after they are applied to your account).

I had trouble with all of the RetailMeNot $5 off $35 coupons. They don't work on "great price" items, which include the flex head ratchets.

All the 75 Tooth ratchets are heavily discounted. In fact at these prices these cost less than the crappy raised panel 36T ratchets and are vastly superior

1/4" 75T Rachet $9.99 normally $19.99
https://www.sears.com/craftsman-1-4...lerId=SEARS&prdNo=11&blockNo=11&blockType=G11

3/8" 75T Ratchet $11.99 normally $24.99
https://www.sears.com/craftsman-3-8...sellerId=SEARS&prdNo=6&blockNo=6&blockType=G6

1/2" 75T Ratchet $15.99 normally $29.99
https://www.sears.com/craftsman-1-2...sellerId=SEARS&prdNo=8&blockNo=8&blockType=G8

Awww man, once again I screw myself over... I should have ordered it this morning when the $5 code was working. I just tried now and it says the code is invalid...

*grumble*

EDIT - Thanks for the heads up from CLINT-THE-GREAT, I didn't realize the RMN codes were probably one-time use and I guess the one I posted earlier someone else used. I used incognito mode and it gave me a different code.... That's good & bad, good that it works, but bad that now I'm going to order something... LOL...

The Evolv hex nutdriver set which was neeever on sale, is on sale. Of course I just bought it 3 weeks ago, but in-store, where price adjustment is a lot bigger pain than online (but since I know I couldn't have used a coupon on this one, which was the main hangup on my last in-store price adj attempt, maybe I'll try it if it's still on sale tomorrow). Note that at my store they had several on the shelf, but the website thought it would need to be shipped to store, and still says that now.

$19.99 'Great Price' regularly (no coupons apply), $14.99 'Hot Buy' online sale (no coupons apply)

[Update: I could swear it said 'Hot Buy' Sunday evening, but now early Monday morning it says 'Great Price', but still with the $14.99 sale price... dunno if that distinction makes any difference in what you can or can't use to buy it]

Thanks. been bookmarked forever. I could never understand why it never went on sale. I figured I'd eventually get it with one of those $5 for late pick up coupons.

Tempting... I'm even showing $30.36 back in points with purchase, if I pay for it all out of pocket.

Yeah, looks like (except for the anemic $0.36 that purchase would normally earn) that's from this:

"Members get $30 CASHBACK in points when you spend $30 or more on a qualifying purchase at Sears.com. Points awarded next day and valid for 7 days. Max 30,000 in points per member. ONLINE ONLY Valid through July 17, 2018"

We don't see very many of these points-back offers that give you all the points in one up-front chunk anymore, so that is a nice deal.

Can one of you sears deal wizards let me know if a price protection adjustment would affect eligibility for points back on an order? I did the $125 back on $125 and the price adjustment would drop me under $125. Already received some of the points but don't want to mess things up.

I was just on the phone with them and they said points awarded over 12 months? Which I told them was a scam!

Do you have a link to that so I can read it to them from one of their pages?

im pretty sure the 12 month thing is for the 120 back on 120

Yep.

The terms for the $30 back on $30, I copied from the product page. Click the bar under the price area where it says how much you'll get back in points.

This should not mess up your points. I have done this before after receiving promotional points and never had issues.

chat, don't call. calling = aggravation & frustration (yes both)

+1. NEVER call.

Chat, then once done, email the chat text to you for record keeping. If in the future your problem is not resolved, you can chat again, then you can copy-paste the text. There will be no question who told you what at previous chat.

I also think the CS is a bit more careful when telling you something in chat. They know you can get a copy of the text for your record.

Been on my wishlist for a while. The Wera Stainless Steel 12 piece screw driver set. Dropped to $79.99, -10% code sizzle, $72. The lowest the SYW tracker says it has been is $88. I used just enough points to come in at $30.01 OOP, and used Masterpass. So should get $55 back. Largest oop at Sears in a long time for me, but couldn't pass this up. Should be able to get ~$35 for my 6-piece I got last year, which is also at a new low after coupon of $45. Great screwdrivers

This is sweet. I have some electrical work to do soon, so I picked up their 12 piece insulated set. I am not sure how long ago I last bought something there, but I had redeemable points with Sears so I ended up at $47 OOP + the 30 dollars back. Not too bad.

I had no idea you could get deals on Wera and Knipex at Sears, haha.

You guys make this an art form!
