I keep saying I am done with Sears because of their incompetence, but they keep dragging me back in. I had quite the experience yesterday at Sears. I drove an hour to my closest store to pick up some items. I bought 2 clothing items to get that $30 back on $30, and both items I received were the wrong color and size. I also purchased another clothing item that I purchased with points, it was leopard print instead of white (wtf) and I returned it, but I haven't seen my points returned however. Chat is of no help, they tell me to go back to the store. I haven't received my points from the $30 promo either, and chat was no help with that. I actually tried 3 agents. In the past they have just added my points when they neglected to award them, so not sure if they are tightening up or what. I was told it was reported and to wait X amount of days. I wonder if they are just trying to get past Monday's decision before giving anyone points. I may be returning a bunch of stuff next week... Oh, I also ordered some clothes to pickup in store, all of them had the security tags on them. Same visit yesterday I went to the jewelry counter to pick up and order, and the woman would not give me my order without seeing an email. I ordered this stuff a month ago, I probably have 250 Sears emails, so I showed her my Sears app with the items shown paid for, wasn't enough for her. I asked her to call a manager over, I had finally had enough. To pick up a few items, with a 2 hour round trip, I wasted almost 5 hours of my life yesterday.
I haven't received my points back either for the price protection I did on a few items. How long does that usually take before you guys see the points back in your accounts?
