Between this and the vise grip thread, I'm depressed.

What was that thread about?
Vice-Glips, and where they are now made.

They're not made in the states any more?!
I'm trying to figure out why Snap-on didn't label those tools Blue-Point.![]()
There's no way I would ever buy anything from Snap-on that was made in China/Taiwan
I'd never buy another single tool from them ever again.![]()

As long as they keep making the above in the USA, I'll be happy.
You better hold on tight to that pickaxe, it's a slippery slope.
How about we just start warming up the ICBM's ?

better hope that ICBM doesn't say "assembled in the us with global components'![]()
It probably does.
I thought we traded all those ICBMs for a bargeload of these...

You Guys Doesnt Know Nothing About Production And Quality, Doesnt Matter Where The Tools Are Made, This Is ******* Preconceit, The Standards And Material Its Made Is What Makes A Good "tool". Snap On Doesnt Make Any Tools Anyway They Are Just Distribuitors Not Manufacturers, Most Of Their Tools Are Made By Companies Like Danaher,.. . You Only Pay For A Good Warranty And Customer Services.

Other thing the snap on tools only last longer cause they cost lots of money, and as u have spent lots of your children money you will try to take a good care of them buying expensive tool box oiling and all that, thats why snap on makes billions of dollars in profits every year, while you struggle to keep up with your mortgage. One tip, buy a good cheap tool and take the same care as you take with your snap on ones and see how long does it last! Rodrigo

Good luck on this forum....
When you see Franz, tell him we all said "hi."
