I would like to ask a general question. Could a whole pig be cooked in a smoker such as you built or would anything have to be different? Such as a rotisserie or more direct heat (fire)?
Yes you can definitely cook a pig . The baffle plate gives off plenty of radiant heat . A revers flow smoker isnt a cold smoke smoker . I will post pictures of my first cook . If I ever get that far .
