Whatever Bendpak is up to it sounds pretty good. I've seen the low rise flush lift but I presume you're getting something better?
Essentially, it's a mid-rise that's been redesigned.

Ryan,
Did you install of the the LISTA cabinets and storage wall yet? Don't hesitate to call for some guidance, especially when you tackle the storage wall.

Joe
Got a little windy last week hope you had no damage to the build. I had several neighbors sustain major damage to a horse arena and a garage.
The floors are to me just perfect. Just the right balance of refined finished look and that hey this is a workshop you know. So I see this is just a shade under 1300 Sq/ft. What would one to expect to spend to have something like this done? Do you think this is a fairly easy enough product to use for a DIY project? I'm probably going to be right in the 1800-2000 sq/ft range.
Very nice!
Looks like you need a little weatherstripping under that double door in the last shot.![]()

Shop looks great. Floors look really nice. I'm planning my new shop at the moment. Who did your metal frame work and siding? What height are the walls? I'm leaning toward a 30x40 with 12' walls with 2 OHD's on the side wall like yours.
14' foot walls.
You don't wanna use the guy I used. Awful.

I rented a lift... and a had a long week... The rest, I hire done...

How high is the ceiling, 10'?
I've wanted to add an epoxy coating to my garage floor. Do you ever worry about if it's been raining and driving the car into the shop that the tires won't stick to the floor?
I see in your third picture you have the mez up with beam. So to finish up the beam thread, how did you solve the sagging beam?

no neat sig line
I know it's not worth the aesthetics vs cost but man, wouldn't those light fixtures look incredible with Edison bulbs?
That might not fit the style, though, as I see some NEW Lista boxes. I'm interested to see how it gets finished out.
Looking good, man.
