Any chance the number of beverages enjoyed impacted the quality of instructions given?...all I had to do was read the instructions and tell the guys what to do while enjoying a beverage...

No, I only had two. I just misread the instructions like the idiot I sometimes am.Any chance the number of beverages enjoyed impacted the quality of instructions given?![]()

Wow!Looking great, Dan!
Uh, did you forget my RV pad next to the shop?![]()
After lunch 'special'
I can't complain, Larry.Wow!
I swore I saw a pad, RV dump station, water hookup, shore power, and WiFi hot spot!
Checking now Terry!
Maybe it’s inside out of the weather with the full walkin shower and laundry room!
Uh, did you forget my RV pad next to the shop?
There is not a pad, just going to be grass next to the shop. But there is a 50 amp 240 outlet, 15 Amp 120 outlet, hose bib and a 4" RV Dump station along the South wall. All just waiting for an RV to park there!I swore I saw a pad, RV dump station, water hookup, shore power, and WiFi hot spot!

grandkids have decided it *****, really puts a divot in knees and elbows when they trip and fallBig progress Dan!
I’m not a fan of exposed aggregate concrete either. Not fun in bare feet; give me broom swept concrete anytime.
I had a subdivision that had exposed aggregate concrete for the main road and driveways. Had to give plant 7-10 days notice for them to clean out the plant if you will to load your product in that day and time only.
Road rash of any kind is bad.grandkids have decided it *****, really puts a divot in knees and elbows when they trip and fall
I really do not like the aggregate finish concrete, but the guys did a pretty good job matching it. Once it pressure washed again and sealed, it should not look too bad.
Joel, sorry if I was not more clear. The existing drive to the house was exposed aggerate, so it only made sense for the new apron to the shop (which shares the existing drive) to have exposed aggerate as well. See the following picture, hope it makes more sense now. DanDan, looking at the concrete I think I understand, however the question I have is why? I would think broomstruck finish so it matches. Please school me on why it is aggregate finish. Thanks.

I thought about that for about 20 seconds and decided "Nope"Maybe add fake garage door hardware to the shop to match the house?
I don't know, I'll take a look after a bit.is the fake hardware magnetic?
I cleaned the doors and trim with TSP and then used Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel on the doors and their Latitude Latex on the PVC trim. Both paints applied nicely and self leveled quickly. What did you use for paint and what (if any) prep did you do? It looks really nice![]()
I took a look yesterday while running back and forth to the shop in this frigid weather. Not magnetic, screwed on for sure.Dan, is the fake hardware magnetic?
I may be doing the same thing...thank you very muchI cleaned the doors and trim with TSP and then used Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel on the doors and their Latitude Latex on the PVC trim. Both paints applied nicely and self leveled quickly.
