I just got a survey email from Milwaukee asking what the next M12 and M18 FUEL tools should be. Thought I'd ask the same question here. What do you guys think is missing from the lineup? They don't need to be FUEL but I'm definitely telling them Milwaukee-Talkies! Beyond that I'm not sure what is missing. I do hope they come out with M12 FUEL nailers at least like a 18 Ga brad nailer and a pin nailer or a stapler.
I'll need to think a little bit more before submitting and maybe see if anyone here has a great idea.
This was my list -
here is what I would love to see Milwaukee design and release for sale -
A brushless, cordless chainsaw.
Even a remake of the old Milwaukee corded electric chainsaw.
Another idea -
a multi bay m18 charger that doubles as a jump pack. Take the idea of the current 6 bay M18 charger, and keep the 4 batteries in the middle on the charger. Replace the two end bays with a positive jump cord on one side, and a negative on another. Design the unit to act as a normal multi bay charger that can hold up to 4 m18 packs, but allow the unit to also double as portable jump pack that can jumpstart cars and other small engines using any combination of 2 to 4 batteries to power the unit.
This seems like it would be a no - brainer for mechanics to buy that are already using the m18 impacts. It gives them BOTH a new powerful charger AND another tool.
A single m18 powered litium jump pack and power source. Something small enough to leave in a glovebox or in the trunk as an emergency power pack to charger phones and start a small cars engine.
A brushless jigsaw - I've been waiting on this from you for a while now..
A brushless impacting ratchet..
An m12 or m4 powered headlight worklight that can be mounted on a hardhat- like big model Coast and LED Lenser lights.
M12 powered walkie talkies
An m18 powered brushless remote control car and truck, with an m12 powered remote control.
An m18 powered portable tire inflator/ compressor
An m18 powered car scissor jack
MILWAUKEE SAFTEY SUNGLASSES - so I can stop buying Carharrt ones off eBay
a milwaukke ratchet set and ratcheting combo wrenches
A thin, flat, long M12 powered led inspection light similar to Astro pnuematic's
An m12 or m18 powered adjustable length under hood clamping led work light light a snap on or blu point light
A M18 AND M12 Corded power source, to allow people to take any cordless power tool or light, and convert it into a corded tool for power hungry tools like saws, grinders, and the new tripod light - (which is ******* amazing btw)
M12 or m4 powered focusing and zoomable binoculars.
A freakin Milwaukee hammer would be nice too !!!!!
