A glaze breaker can be awkward to store, and the stones can get chipped up in the tool box. I used rubber bands on mine, but they dry out and break. I looked around and found a good solution that should last awhile. Stones are protected.

Just useful enough to keep, but just ugly enough to drive me nuts. Guess I better put a sander to good use and give this old shelving some love and find a sheet of something to stiffen it up somewhat.

I'm planning to wall mount it, I think, but struggling to decide whether or not to cut any slots into it at all to hold drills and such or to leave it alone and make some other fixtures to hold things. Once it's on the wall I'll probably move the chargers to one end and try to hide cords some.

The planer is going back to Dad's place, but I still have another drill, impact driver, wrench, biscuit jointer, Dremel set (oscillator, Rotary tool, saw) and some other odds and ends to put with it, so there's some room to organize and expand as tools are purchased.

Have always saved the leftover chain that comes with hanging light fixtures and have used it for different things, here's one.

They can be welded closed or have open/butted ends, either way, I bend them 90 degrees thru the middle and use them as angle brackets/shelf brackets/etc.
I've used them to hang open back shelving units too, under the top shelf.

I used an old HF trailer fender as a skid plate, angel iron drop and some spare chain links for a skid plate and tie down points for my wheelbarrow.

Storage for turning stock, previously resided in a 5 gal bucket, which I could hardly move. I had an old cardboard mailing tube, cut it to length and glued it together with a ratchet strap to secure it. Scrap plywood and four casters, two of which came off an old floor jack, the other two were purchased for some forgotten project years ago. It tucks in between the lathe and the wall behind it.

A drill press tray. The base is cast iron, came out of the estate of a rail fan, it appears that it was destined to make wheels for live steam. Aluminum pipe, don't even remember where I got it, and some scrap plywood. I did have to turn adapters from the base to the upright, and from the upright to the tray. The adapters were press fit into the upright with the aid of some heat. I've already got a hold down on the column of the drill press, and so, didn't want to hang anything more off of it. I like the small footprint - if I find it to be too tippy, I suppose I can drill and tap the base and attach a piece of plywood.

After about a yr. of trial. These little buggers work great for sealing partial tubes of caulk.

I use the toilet wax ring. Pull back on the handle of the caulking gun to give a gap at the tip then shoved it into the wax. Take some extra and smooth over the tip if u have to.

Your volley ball standard fire pit could be used as a hibachi grill/mongolian grill/Korean BBQ! Half moon grill grate and the other side a flat griddle for stir fry! People can sit around it and grill on a stick!

Roger it was three different people, I'm going tomorrow to pick up another load. I also think I traded some 60 ft. pine trees for some 16 ft. 2x6s got to go see him tomorrow also.

Combination hardware storage and sorting tray. I have a sorting tray from HF, but got tired of constantly dumping glass jars into it, sorting, then dumping the hardware back into the jar. These take up a lot more space than glass jars, I suppose they can sit on a shelf or hang, possibly from shelf standard brackets.

I do something similar with parts I soak in my solvent tank or separating for general cleaning. Works great and the price is right.

the Simplicity cabinet came from a TG&Y(5&dime) that went out of business here in 1990. The cabinet contained sewing machine patterns. There is another cabinet on top that is similar(cost $15 each). The panels inside can be removed. I got the holders from the pop guy. I just asked if I could have a couple. The MT 2 liter bottles came from here and there.

I made a variable speed and reversible welding positioner. I used the treadmill controller for speed control. I made my own tone wheel with more teeth to trick and slow the DC drive motor control. I added an angle drive from an old wire feeder, with gear reduction,
The tilting head/chuck is driven by the unit that lifted the running track surface. The positioner works not too badly, but it is heavy. I used the WP with an adapter to hold the BBS wheels for my 1940 Ford. I painted the wheels red.

That's a really nice router cabinet; I like that you have storage for all the accessories right there with the router.

I had a USA Craftsman screwdriver break and could not bring myself to throw it out. I inherited a craftsman table saw with a newer Delta fence on it. I didn't like the little black knob on the end of the fence lock handle. With some heat, the screwdriver blade was removed cleanly, it threaded onto the fence lock lever as if it belonged there all along. Let this be a lesson, never discard anything, ever.

I don't believe it is illegal if you are not hunting them

I do not live on the property and presently do not hunt it. One day I may change my mind if I spot a "trophy " buck passing through

I had a golfer's eyeglass with me to check him out(no rifle though).we looked at each other briefly and I continued working. He wasn't more than 40 yards from me.

I broke my computer chair the other day by leaning on the arm. The bottom half of the chair works fine. I have replaced a five gallon bucket in the garage which had a Cabella's swivel seat with the bottom half of the broken computer chair. (Definitely more comfortable)

I think repurposing is among the most fun things I do in the shop. Below is a mini farm wagon I made out of two old Wheel Horse tractor frames, bolted/welded **** end to **** end. 95% of the material is from WH tractors, the other parts from antique farm implements. This was my first welding project, so the welds are pretty bad, but as long as they hold I am good to go.

I manually put out 14 pounds of feed in 2 feeding pans every day... 7 in the am ... 7 in the pm. I feed the deer to lower my blood pressure. I sit and watch them bring their babies.

This year... One of last years triplets had triplets... a single had twins and someone had a single. Last years triplets were born in my yard... behind the big shed in a sheltered clearing.

I took their land... I repurposed a section back to them...
