Here's the latest on the build.

Hot water tubes laid out this week for in floor heat. We hope to have concrete poured mid week. Then get busy again with electrical.

And here's upstairs. We still need to tie it into the existing space in the current shop.

Slow to update. I've been busy trying to get the electrical done. Here's a few updated pictures. We all love pictures!!

And more concrete! We decided that a small pad beside the garage would be great for the kids to play on, and some additional parking.

I've slowed down the progress for a week or two. Ever since we started i have been debating a/c. Even though it's only a man cave, it'll be hard to enjoy if it's 90 upstairs! The change now delays insulation while ducts are run.

Your going to need a live in mechanic/detailer with all the projects you can tackle in the space.
Give me 24 hours and I'll be right over...my wife is a accredited detailer/ baby sitter and I am a jack of all trades.
So, are you thinking of supplementing your income with a specific product or service in the space...or just hosting car club events and storing toys?
