some tools of a former employer:
nice antique tools !
....... or to the Stahlwille, Gedore or Hazet dealer![]()

I would love to do that, and have done that - but these tools are very expensive here, mainly because they only sell through professional stores. So if would buy a, say 13 mm wrench from Hazet, the price is around DKK 100,-. Thats 20$ or 14 Euro! If i was a blue-collar guy with an account, the discount would be like 40-50%.
I really like Hazet, so i have a few wrenches "600 N" type, and they are among my favorites. But the price was pretty awfull...

Spotted this over at my father-in-law's today. I think he was using it to open paint tins
Barely visible is the "Footprint" logo just to the left of "Made in England".

well saidNice tools, premium brands, and well used...good tools are like leather seats in a car, just gettin´ more and more pretty - day by day.

i don´t like them eitherIMHO Proxxon has the most unconfortable selector lever for ratchets. GJ member Lok reminds me this, when i ask his opinion about the new Hazet ratchet. I own a 1/4 Proxxon socket set and the lever is always piss me off![]()
same how i bought my Hazet toolsSame prices "down here". So i'm buying 1-2 wrenches of 600N every 2 weeks. Hopefully in 2013 i will post my full line of Hazet 600N![]()
very nice bearing extractor set !
reminds me to buy some Gedore because they have some problems right now and had to release some people....

I used to have these. They are Italian Made. Beta has some wrenches made in Taiwan, but these tend to be bright chrome. The matt chrome wrenches like yours are Italian.
We need more.
i don´t know if this video was already posted ? How it´s made: Gedore pliers

Do you have more from these?
Which one do you like the most? The Elora or the Heyco?

You mean the Heyco or the Sadvik-Belzer? The Elora is in another photo. I like the Heyco. The Belzer is too glossy for my taste. The Heyco has excellent chrome quality. It's flawless!![]()
Wow nice collection! I like the Netsuren. The Facom 40L is a long version I think? I haven't come across one of those before.
Monte if there is a plan to move the production overseas please tell it to me to buy as much as I can.![]()
chancellor Merkel is already on the way to greece with the Gedore tool truck filled with billions of EurosOk I'll do my best. I'll buy German tools from Greek distributors to support both economies. But I need more money!![]()

i like it very much, smooth action, nice comfortable handle, good design and finish ! Already on the wish list for 2013So you have worked with the U20! Do you liked it?
sweetMy pry bar now has a big brother.

Professional !!!!!!!!!!!At 3.30 she use the water pump plier backwards.![]()

Something that we haven't seen it so far.![]()
no they only had to release some people
to be "fit for the future" ....
36 people in the main factory, 26 people at the "Krumm" forge and 33 people at their bavarian factory...

nice ! With magnet ?
Yes I meant if you have more tools from Heyco and Belzer. If you have I like to see some more photos.
So you like the Heyco more than the Elora? I don't ask for the Belzer because they stop the production.
I don't mind the small defects from the forging but the chrome durability, the resistance to peeling, the fitment etc. Which one do you like the most? I have seen some Elora with good use and they hold very well.

About the chrome durability of Heyco i wil give a clue. I think Heyco is made 100% of chrome! No chrome peeling ... from chrome spanner.
The Elora spanner is excellent (in fact i'm looking to purchase a open-end set from this brand), but the Heyco is like new after at least 15 years. Maybe because is 21mm. Who the hell uses a 21mm spanner?
I will post some better pics to find out what i'm talking about.
P.S.1 Where do you bought this fantastic light? From Gedore dealer? This is ...
P.S.2 http://www.ebay.de/itm/Heyco-Ringmaulschlussel-maxline-410-SW-22-mm-MKM-WZ-156-/221113864881?pt=DE_Haus_Garten_Heimwerker_Handwerkzeug&hash=item337b69d2b1#ht_1656wt_1165
Look at this pic!

Thank man. I like both.
Mrtools has a set from Heyco. Here.
The chrome is bright but I like them.
I have heard nothing but good for both of them. I tend to buy one Elora open end for my ******* open end wrench collection.

Yes, I bought the light from the usual Gedore dealer near to my house.![]()

Nice. From a time, when "Made in England" and "Sheffield" or "Birmingham" meant top-of-the-line. Too few english tools on this board.![]()
it´s a giftYes but they don't belong to us.![]()
Ok, maybe not a pro but never before the German language was heard so **** and ****** to me.
Even though I did not understand anything..

luckily christmas is coming soon !Yes!
It also has a nice case with extra batteries.
Hi guys, I haven't been here for a while, sot let's stick to the latest trend and add a "tools in action" picture;
60's FOG press pushing out the master pin out of a 60's FOG trolley jack, what a fun it was to put this 80kg frame on the table alinging it and pumping all alone![]()
Mrtools's heyco set is ... what i'm talking about. For me it's difficult to find Heyco. I wish I had easy access to Heyco
"******* open end wrench collection"
I will do the same thing if i can't find a good price for Elora. By the way... the Gedore has great look, better from France & Italy!
About the light, is it waterproof?

Seeing as everyone is posting their Gedore stuff, here's one ....
it´s a gift![]()

If you find any matador "made in Germany" let me know. I also can ask for prices for Elora if you want.
Ow ****. I forgot to ask about the old Gedore ratchet. Next time I hope to remember it.
I don't know if it's waterproof or water resistant.![]()

Are these ratcheting spanners made in Germany??? Almost all german brands seems to have this type made in Taiwan.
I thought Elora is 100% made in Germany. Monte knows for sure!
Angela Knows that?![]()
shhhhhht it´s a secret
Nice! How old is this company?
Are these ratcheting spanners made in Germany??? Almost all german brands seems to have this type made in Taiwan.
maybe"errrkkk" meaning you think it's not very good? In person they seem to be of fairly good quality, but I'm not terribly concerned either way considering I paid £1 and only bought them as a curiosity
And I thought I'd read (on GJ maybe) that the JIS stamp was missing from many newer Japanese tools because it had been largely superseded as a standard. Are those spanners older?
for the £1 it's very good quality+1 to this Mr Tools,

Thanks buddyOnce again great pics. Keep shooting mr.
Great tools![]()

i´m 100% sure they´re not german.
Looks almost like these from Chang Loon:
http://cens.com/cens/html/en/product/product_main_47177.html
The only german made ones i know of are Gedore ratcheting wrenches.
But, on the other hand, it will be cheaper, right? It came inside a toolbox with other tools together with an OKUMA CNC. Like Heyco or other german brand when you buy a german car.Great collection!!!
Where you got the Netsuren?
Thanks for the answer..It is a tradition..bought a Japanese machine and you got a Japanese made toolbox + wrenches, like you said German car with Heyco tool kits. I got 2 of my Netsuren when my company bought Yamada Dobby stamping press machineIt came inside a toolbox with other tools together with an OKUMA CNC. Like Heyco or other german brand when you buy a german car.
The Gedore ratchet it's not so old as i thought. You can find it in the new catalogue. The thing i want you to ask is where we can use this type of ratchet.
Also ask your dealer a price for this elora stuff.![]()

IUS = MOB Outillage
i guess the wrenches and sockets (the new glossy ones without "Germany"....) are from Taiwan nowadays ... (?)
Maybe only at the Bauhaus...? Maybe they have a second german line ....?? Bauhaus don´t want to pay anything for the Matador tools i heard......their prices are like 40% below list prices....

Probably it's an old type heavy duty ratcheting wrench. You can use it where ever you can use a ratcheting wrench. I guess.
Unfortunately my dealer hasn't Elora. I had to go to another. I ask him about the price of ratcheting combination wrenches and he told me that he hasn't any in stock and that he will not make an order soon.
Ask about the price and told me that the person who is responsible for the prices wasn't there. He told me to leave my phone number to call me, I didn't. The last time that he told me the same never did.
I ask about Elora open end and gave me Eloford. Ask for Elora again and told me it's the same. Ok keep rocking man.
You have to find a serious dealer. And if you make it please let me know. I need one two things.
honestly...Mrtools you have a lot of great tools. Which one is your favorite combination wrench?

It's not mine, company tools - MinimoMan!!! You have great tools. Congratulation.![]()
as we know several type of pipe wrenches etc,. American patten like Ridgid, Stillson type like Record, and maybe this is Swedish type pipe wrench, wait for Monte explanation for sure..How it called? Pipe wrench right?
