I know that Carolus belongs to Gedore, but is it made in Germany ?
sorry forgot to mention in my other reply that the Carolus torque wrenches are also from germany. The locking pliers look 1:1 like the Gedore ones (see pic below, 3rd Carolus, 4th Gedore) so i think they`re from Austria also not impossible for a price of 14,40 + tax for the 10" version.
The Carolus tool boxes looks like "Metec". For the price of the pin punches they could be easily made here, but I´m not shure, when i talked to a former Carolus employee we mostly talked about the sockets + wrenches and Gedore stuff. The hammer with plastic heads say "Germany" on the cast part. The recoilless plastic hammer could be from Gedore too.
But at least the prices are fair, for 1/4" sockets you pay between 1,21 € ( 4mm) to 1,43 ( 14mm) (+ tax) or 1/2" sockets are between 2,19 € ( 10mm) to 5,39 (32mm) (+ tax). Click
Edit: just found the new Carolus tools, locking pliers now imported, water pump pliers import, new pliers and VDE tools look imported too. click
