I want to explain something that I have found as a good habit to prevent impulse purchases on the internet. Might be helpful to some, maybe it makes me a crazy person. But I got and keep my financial house in order by doing this. I don't buy anything online the same day I decide I want it. Usually I let it simmer for a few days, with few exceptions. In this case I think I waited until people had said they received theirs before I ordered. It was a while ago so that may be a foggy memory. Anyway that helps to explain the rest below.
I want you both to read what i said as 'i bought one and supported them along with everyone else on GJ but i think they can do better regarding the details, and I'm still willing to give them another shot if there's a second group buy'
I remember the physical part better than the numbers. I may have a receipt I can dig up but in the mean time. Credit where credit is due, nothing got damaged during shipping. But I distinctly remember the packing job wasn't confidence inspiring. The products themselves are great.
I spent the morning going back through both threads to find out what was up. I did find it eventually;

I will take responsibility for any shipping confusion. Previously, their offerings were free shipping with $99 and above orders, IIRC. I assumed free shipping for full sets was still the norm, but did not know what their special pricing structure for us would be.

The price for the full set before the GJ discount cost less (by a few $) than the GJ discount full set + shipping for the said items. I remember when I put it in the cart was not the same day as when I ordered, and was a little confused when it came out costing more. It was more the principle of the issue to me, and I feel that even if Westling didn't originally create the communication issue, they didn't do enough (at least not enough for me to notice at the time) to clear it up. Of course, they benefitted so anyway.
AGAIN not burning witches at the stake, like I said I am ready to give another chance and would very much like to see the product line expanded, but I think they should take it as a learning opportunity the same as I did.
