You only get a 2x2" bag so most likley not but it was fun. Your bag is the rough product then it needs melted done and they go by the ton for mineral content.

last night had Fire Department drill and sunk the front tire of the engine threw the pavement was luck that it was able to back out of this with out much trouble but the Park and Rec Department probaly not to happy with us.

I would guess so. just glad its in the corner parking spot and not just in the main park entrance we have set up there for drill as well. Just kinda amazed it sunk in. We was only there for 90 min give or take and it wasn't like this was sitting under water when we parked there and was a soft spot. Or this is spring time when alot of places are soft and stuff. Heck this parking lot is pretty much up on top of the hill so it has good drainage as well I would have thought. Truck is fine and nobody got hurt so all is well. Just glad truck was able to back out of this and tire didn't sink farther in and set it down on the axle.

I’ve had the street collapse under an engine once when we were out doing driver training. Quite an eye opener for the student driver.
I had my regular driver take over and slowly drove out of the hole.

If we had setup and that front tire was in a standing puddle, and sunk in yep okay then. Or if this was spring and the thaw and ground is soft yep got it. But to have it sink in was kinda eye opening. This is parking lot that is up on top of a hill as well.
Heck way back when in the day we ripped up a spot in a parking lot when doing driving training as it was the enter with tire turned hard to the left stop and then back up with tires hard to the right. Where we stoped and turned the tires got worked over and pavement started to come apart. Granted that pavement was far from nice and shiny black when we started.
we have sunk our brush truck out at grass fires a few times. Sunk a engine going down the narrow driveway in the spring to a house fire. That was well its set up the engine here and its pull 3 extra links for the attack lines to get to the house fire. When house fire was over it was empty the engine of water to make as light as possible and my uncle brought over his JOhn Deere 4440 and heavy chain and walked the engine out of the trench that it had made for it self.

It might take a bit more than that just glad this was not the primary set it had been for 10 years though. 2nd time I've seen Jaws break though. Both times at training glad it wasn't at a call as wellNothing some JB weld won't fix.

Moved the sugar shack today needed the 140 and the atv to get it to move. Got the other stoves in the shack as well now

The plan now is it will move about 60 yards from storage spot to sugar spot each year. But thinking I'm gonna build a bigger shack in a year or 2 and that might be a more percent setup than this.

its not the best but I'll run it threw the boiler regardless. I take what I can get. This is just down stuff that was quick and easy to get and pull out. I have nicer Dead standing tree's that I might cut up this winter or when ground is frozen and stuff on the ground is kinda stuck there. Nice thing about the boiler is with the high volume capacity if wood is a little suspect you just toss in another chunk or 2 and not real worred about a chimeny fire at all either.
Wood Shed is 1/2 full right now and I got 7 pallets of the buzz saw wood stacked up and read for the buzz saw This weekend will buzz saw that wood and ad to the shed. will post up how full the wood shed is after the buzz sawing is done.

I have higher hopes of getting into a bit better wood and even being a year or 2 ahead on having wood cut.
its just finding time to go and get wood cut is my drawback. I don't like cutting wood in the summer when the bugs are out I due know that!

Just curious if your burner has a big creosote issue cause another member in min e soda has had his similar burner maybe less than a year and he’s having that issue with his?

I did when I had there turbolater things in the back of the heat exchanger. I pulled them out mid winter last year and no more creaosote problems and to me it didn't seem like I was going threw any more wood. If your burning nice dry good stuff like your suppose to then you don't have them problems but if your like me and buring stuff that may be a bit on the green side or wet side and not the good stuff then you might get some build up.

I don't think wet causes much cresote build up. We burned a lot of wet wood, but never any green. Seasoned close to a year.

Drives on the Facebook group I follow on central boiler they talk alot about the build up in the heat exchanger and last year mine clogged up a time or 2 till I pulled the turbolater things out then much better. If I get ahead enough on wood and am burning good and dry stuff I may put the turbo things back in. But won't be this year. My stuff is somewhat sketchy in moisture and quality but I make up for it in volume. I hope to get more cut ahead this winter and spring rather than the frantic fall pace I been on cutting wood this last 2 months

Fire trucks, Maple syrup, firewood and Boy Scouts .... I've found a new thread to keep up with !! As an Eagle Scout myself I have a lot of respect for what you're doing with the scouting program !!
I'm guessing you have a Classic Edge HDX gasser ? Those stoves are sweet stuff !! I went with a Crown Royal 7400MP due to the availability of the abundance of crappy fence line wood I have. Eventually I hope it'll all be 2yrs seasoned but for now I'm burning some stuff that's only been down for 6 months tops. Boxelder and willow mostly so far. My stove is only running 2-3hrs and the creosote is building up inside. Nothing a good scraping can't clean out but I'll be much happier with some seasoned wood and colder temps so this puppy can really work itself.

Yeah, we tried to do most of our wood cutting/processing during the snow months. Don't sweat near as much.

Got some wood sawing today had 5 atvs and trailers going from saw pile to wood shed and back about three round trips for them all and wood shed is 1 row from stuffed full.

The work crew me and 1 kid did the sawing and the others did the stacking in wood shed. They got some seat time in after we got done sawing.

real question will be how many would have to be towed into the spot for the picture?
Heck 1 of these ATV in this pic got towed away. I think it was out of gas but now it turns over but wont start. Its #3 in line to get it back and running again. I already have 1 in the shop in parts waiting for replacments to come in and then the Intown ATV needs a new winch contactor and needs set up for winter snow plowing and taken to town for its winter duties there so it may be a bit.
