These have been sitting at $116.06 around me for over 2 months. Did these ever drop to .03 pricing around you before penny?

Thanks, found 2 of these in the overhead outside in the lawn and garden. PCA showed 1. They were wrapped in shrink wrap on a pallet with a bunch of other clearance stuff. Perhaps the employees stuck it up there. I asked why they were up top and the employee nice enough to get a ladder to take them down told me that they were having an inspection tomorrow and were trying to keep the store looking clean. The store was a mess, employees were all working on stocking their departments with carts and pallets everywhere at 3pm.

Nothing really new to report... The outdoor play stuff was almost all wiped out at my store, everything was 75% off what was left. I don't have kids so nothing really interested me.
All the Reese stuff was gone, replaced with some new brand product. I couldn't find any of the old stuff, I'm sure some associate kept or tossed it, just about all was showing 0 inventory, they might have sold it off too as it's been a while since I've been in the store.
I saw a fridge for $50 in the PCA but none in store. Also looked for a couple freezers again and none to be found (0 inventory).
QUESTION: I found one of those Ryobi 1600 PSI pressure washers outside new in the box with some weedeaters and other stuff on a cart. No special price tags on anything I thought was weird. I went inside and compared to other ones and the single one outside was a different SKU so I went and looked it up in PCA...
PCA showed $119 (which I think was higher than the others in the store), but also listed "INACTIVE"??? I've never seen that before and wondering why the price never dropped on it? Any thoughts as to what is going on?
Finally, I took some pictures of a computer terminal to help out the noobies... You can see my mouse on the Price Check App, that's what you want to use, NOT Home Depot Internet. Also if for some reason the menu you see isn't there, just minimize what other apps might be open (especially if you are in appliances they often have their own order menu up). If the screen is blank and you only see icons along the bottom, click the icon that I circled in red, that will bring up the full menu and you are good to go.

Been to one store south of Nashville that has a terminal at the help desk facing out and a chair there for customers to use. Others in the area don't. Found some stores with terminals by the outdoor stuff, others not. I've used the terminal in the lighting area during the day, pretty slow during the week. One store has what appears to be a customer terminal at the pro-desk, faces out and has a chair but many times I find a employee on it while the 3 facing in are un-used and no customer in sight. So some seem to try and tie up the customer terminal.

Forgot to mention they had Ridgid Drills marked down from $99 to $79.
Also they still had those Diablo recip blades on clearance on that little free-standing rack by the pro area / ladders.... but prices haven't dropped at all on any that are still there...

Thanks for the info. I have no real need for it so I'm just going to wait. I think all the weed eaters and stuff on the cart outside were the old models. They are probably going to start slapping "this item only **% off" stickers on them soon.

I actually found one!
The lady I asked for help in getting it down, looked it up on her handheld, and she actually said “I’m gonna double check. That’s on clearance so I gotta see if I can sell it to you.” 
Before I got it out of there, I heard 5 different employees boohooing about how they thought they were all gone. 2 aisles over from appliances, and they couldn’t find it. Too funny.

I scored big time tonight, must have gotten 50+ boxes of 1.25", 2", 2.5", and 3.5" screws in both 1lb and 5lb boxes.
They pennied here... None in stock in my store, but I'm still good from the 25lb I found last year along with a bunch of 5lb & 1lb boxes...

Nice! Now that's a deal that i need to find! I use the **** out of those screws.
They have been doing this new thing around here where they put ALL of the clearance stuff on tables in the front of the stores. Seen it at a few different stores. Stuff doesn't last...

They are older SKUs usually (the ones that don't start with 1001-). Easiest just to check the PCA and see what comes up.
Or skim around where all the deck screws are and see if there are any SKUs up high that aren't down below and then go check the PCA to see the price. Usually they keep them pretty well grouped together (i.e. not mixed in with the nails or elsewhere random in the store).

Thanks Jason, I wanted the SKU's to check the PCA. I know there are a ton of Deck Mate screws at HD. I guess I could try typing in Deck Mate and organize by price...
The HD that I have been the most successful finding stuff doesn't have inventory located high up in the correct location very often. I usually find things aisles and aisles away.
