I think its unique, everyone builds them to there own specs. I would use the tubing to insert vise or grinder attachments to limit the space of those as well
I started with 170 amp mig from HF had it for few years and upgraded to Everlast. The HF are good for starter. Just get some CO2 and good wire. Good enough to do exhaust and other other projects I did a rhd conversion with the HF welder.
Decided to use a harbor freight hand truck that has been sitting in my basement untouched for the last 2 years. The 1 inch square tubing I had left over from older projects and I bought a sheet of expanded steel for use on other projects.

Thanks for input guys. The table is mainly for tig welding. The table is in front of my lift so im still able to reach exhaust using the mig gun. It is a small on car garage thats why i went this route. I also have another welding table i weld on
