Picked up this jack from a friends neighbor for $75. They told me it did not work but turns out it works fine. Although while changing the fluid i found a bushing of some sort in the reservoir and was wondering if anybody knew where it supposed to go or what it does. Thanks guys.
Just pulled a straight 6 out of a trailblazer using a harbor freight leveler. The thing is a giant POS in its own right. Beyond that it did not give me enough movement, the engine needs to be almost vertical to leave the engine bay. I ended up having to re-rig half way through with a chain fall...
Picked this up today from Craigslist $50. Really neat, I don't plan on using it much just maybe a nice restoration. Anybody know the capacity and if there's a way to do a controlled lowering of is it just an all or nothing deal. Thanks.
My father in law just dropped this off in exchange for a brake job. Hydraulics appear to work fine. I'm going to clean it up and try and find a new handle top and cover plate. Any comments or advice on where to locate parts, fab new, or any literature would be helpful. Thanks. Pics soon.
Look into the nook line of tablets i think they got bluetooth sorted out for this sort thing on xda. I use torque a few times a week with my phone great app
