    Prentiss 182

Another Prentiss that has been around the block a few times. I've cleaned it up some, but I'll let you put the shine on it. Jaws close tight and parallel. Only problem I've found it the collar nut holding the screw has a frozen set screw. Shouldn't be a big deal. Look at end of the spindle...

    Ring, with a 'ttude

F'n around in the shop. Bored out my skull. Started filing on a tapered washer. Kinda liked the way it turned out, but think it would look better on someone riding a hawg. Just think of the mark it would leave on some poor fool's forehead! $45, and I'll pay the shipping

    Storing Metal Metal worker/ welder

I have miles of random tube, pipe, flat-stock, angle and misc metal that I need to get under control. Any of you metal workers come up with a good storage system for your material. Most of mine is 2'-5' long. Any longer, I usually cut it. If I need longer for a project, I buy it. I'd love...

    1933 electric motor

Here is an old motor I got for free. It's a Sunlight Motors 1/3 HP. Doing a little research on the web, I've concluded that is was made in 1933. One loose wire was all that was wrong. Cleaned it up, painted it, and it runs so smooth. Love the way it sounds when it's winding down.

    My favorite new tool

Don't know how I lived this long without one. Best $200 buck I've ever spent. Much lighter than it's big brother I use at work. Almost the same cutting capacity. Great for overhead and ladder work. Perfect for exhaust pipe, conduit, unistrut, allthread, ect.

    I have a new project

I got a couple of CL finds, that I'm going to combine into one. First is a Tomlee no. 46 bandsaw. It needs new tires and some blades, but is very clean. Second is a Sun Diagnosis Equipment tool cart. It needs a little attention, especially on the top. The one piece body is dent-free. It...
